Other than that, the app is pretty straightforward and convenient. The advise given by the school is just to log out and log back in again. With 8 lessons with at least 5-10 sub-classes each, it’s taking me triple the time I would have taken in watching all these. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t worth to study here!! *2025-05-30, version 12.0* Very bad experience in terms of time and money to book your classes you have to wait 1 month and you can book only 4 classes after that you have to wait again 1 month for the next classes. I don’t suggest you guys to get shifted they will convince you that you can come any time any day but final thing you will come to the schedule they will give for you in which free days you can come for shifted you just pay extra for NOTHING and they fail you for sure 100 % and for each classes you will pay extra. However the sweet words from the agents, they only seeking your money, after that they won’t reply you. Booking timing always late, CS always doesn’t know how to fix the situation, sales team doesn’t reply your mail. The only thing you can actually do with the application is to track your progress. The first person I met at the school was Mr. Ramadan, and I can’t thank him enough. He made every step of the process seamless. I contacted him many times during the reservation and registration phases, and each time, he was extremely kind, patient, and highly professional. His support was constant and reliable—he truly made my onboarding effortless and stress-free. A very special thanks also goes to Mr. Akash from the reservation department. His friendly attitude, welcoming smile, and dedication to helping even outside his shift hours truly impressed me. He arranged my classes and transportation efficiently, and always made sure I was informed and comfortable. Honestly, I felt blessed to have such sincere and consistent support. Mr. Akash is an asset to the school and a perfect representative of customer service excellence. When it comes to driving instruction, Mr. Naser is simply the best! His deep knowledge of driving rules, patient teaching style, and encouragement gave me the confidence I needed from day one. He didn’t just teach me how to drive—he made sure I understood everything thoroughly and was fully prepared for the test. With his guidance, I was able to get my license in just one month! Mr. Naser is much more than an instructor—he’s a true mentor and a major strength of the school. Lastly, I’d like to thank the transportation team and the rest of the staff for their outstanding cooperation and support. They were always on time, helpful, and flexible with my schedule.
