About the puzzle:
Binary Twist is a challenging logic grid puzzle, also known as Tango or Binairo+. It's a unique twist on the classic Binary puzzle (Binairo, Binoxxo, Takuzu, etc.) and identical to the daily Tango puzzle published by LinkedIn. It can be seen as both an object placement puzzle, similar to Star Battle and Queens, and a binary determination puzzle, like Hitori or Nurikabe.

The rules:
Fill the grid with 0s and 1s, making sure that:
- Each row and column contains an equal number of 0s and 1s.
- There are never more than two adjacent 0s or 1s.
- All (not-)equal signs are satisfied.

Every puzzle has exactly one solution, which can be found through logic reasoning. No guessing required.
