Wish it was a bit more user friendly, but it works very well once you understand how to navigate it. No Invasive ads (they are at the bottom and hardly noticeable). This has been my go to for years. One of the best out there. Also has the option that many do not, which is to start off at a certain beat, and then dial it up or down automatically within whatever timeframe you wish to set. If you’re a little antsy and want to go down a level, you can start off around where you think you are, and gradually get down to the level you want to be, and allows you to set the time for how long you want that transition to take. That’s much better than you pretty much being in an Alpha wave, and just setting it to start off in Theta for 30 min. You can set it at say to begin around 15 Hertz, and then gradually take you to a 7. Then you choose the time you wish the transition to take and then you can set the total time for it to run before automatically shutting off. Great features for free that most paid apps do not offer. Most apps assume we don’t know what we’re doing, and therefore we only get what most people “might want”. Your app allows me to choose, thank you! One feature I’d love is to be able to go lower than 200Hz please, I love the beeper tones down around 100Hz and below for a real deep experience. I’m sure that’s an easy one to update. It worked beautifully until yesterday, when the app demanded that I pay for another year into 2025! I now cannot use the app AT ALL unless I subscribe for a second year. I’m being held hostage by an app and I would like a refund since I can no longer use the app through July 2024.
