## What is Binayah?

Binayah is the privacy-first app for private residential buildings, compounds, and houses in Jordan.

Invite-only communities
Join your building by invitation or approval. There is no public directory of properties. Only members see announcements, chat, and building activity.

Built for everyday building life
• Announcements from managers and security
• Resident and property chat
• Ask the guard and visitor coordination
• Maintenance requests
• Shared expenses and savings fund for committees
• Building rules acknowledgement

Privacy by design
Your phone number is used for sign-in and urgent alerts. Neighbors, guards, and craftsmen do not see it. Contact stays inside the app.

Who it’s for
• Residents — free
• Building managers and committees — property operations and billing
• Guards — day-to-day gate and request workflows

Binayah is made for Jordanian residential communities. Sign in with your mobile number (OTP).
