Silin asla kullanmayin ### 1/5 — issues every time, Not recommended *2025-03-18* every time you try to use a scooter there is an issue. it doesnt unlock, it doesnt work, etc but it still keeps charging you. One time While I was chatting with customer service for an issue (scooter was 41% charged but throttle did not respond and I couldn't end ride). First, this app stops working when I want to end the trip. It says that there is no internet while other apps and websites on my phone work with no problem. So, I have to reboot my phone several times or reinstall the app, which takes 5-10 minutes (the app charges around 7 tl per minutes). Second, the app refill the balance twice at once without my permission (automatic refill was not on). Even with an internet connection it fails at least once every time you are trying to finish the ride. Have to kill the app and restart it. Now my scooter is being billed by the minute with no way to cancel it. Contacted support - nothing! Tried other scooters here and they use WhatsApp to verify the number- they work a charm! BinBin - get your act together. [edit] I found that BEAM scooters work fine in Antalya, don’t require any silly text messages etc to get going.
