## What is Binda?

Binda — Care coordination, together

Caring for an aging parent, a spouse, or a friend is rarely something one person can do alone. Binda brings everyone who helps — family, friends, and professional caregivers — onto the same page, so nothing slips through the cracks and no one carries it all by themselves.

One shared care plan
Create a plan for the person you're caring for and invite the people who help. Everyone sees the same up-to-date picture: what's happening today, what's coming up, and how your loved one is really doing. Only the care manager subscribes — everyone they invite uses Binda free.

Never miss a medication
Track every medication with clear "now / next / later" organization so it's obvious what's due and what's already been given. Log each dose with a tap — Binda records who gave it and when. Add a reference photo to each medication so anyone can confirm the right pill at a glance. If a dose is given well outside its scheduled window, the care manager is alerted automatically, with a full history on the audit log.

Coordinate shifts and hand-offs
See who's on today and who's coming next. Clear shift hand-offs mean the next person always knows what happened before they arrived.

Stay in the loop
A shared notes feed keeps everyone informed — appointments, mood, meals, symptoms, questions for the doctor. Important updates surface as alerts on your home screen so you catch what matters without digging.

Roles that fit real life
Whether you're the primary care manager, a family caregiver, or a visiting professional, Binda shows you exactly what you need — and protects sensitive details with per-person permissions.

Built for the whole care team, including your doctor
• Shared care plan with easy invites
• Manage contracts and agreements with your care team
• Medication tracking, dose logging, and reference photos
• Off-schedule medication alerts + audit history
• Shift schedule and hand-offs
• Shared notes and activity feed
• Add tasks, either on a schedule or one-off, for your care team
• At-a-glance home summary of how your loved one is doing
• Doctor login via app or web browser allows full view to medications and critical notes
• Role-based access and privacy controls
• In-app and email alerts for what needs attention

Binda was built with one belief: caregiving is a team effort, and the team does better when everyone can see clearly and share easily. Whether you're coordinating across the country or across the hall, Binda helps you care — together.

Binda is free to join for everyone on the care team. When the care manager subscribes to a plan, all invited caregivers and family members get full access at no additional cost — one subscription covers the whole team.

Plans (Essential, Care, and Family) add features and capacity and are billed monthly or annually. Paid plans begin with a free trial; you won't be charged until the trial ends.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

### 5/5 — Amazing App!!

*2026-08-17*

Finally an app that allows you to have all your loved one’s medical information and care all in one place to share with those in your circle to make life easier! Life of a caregiver is hard but now everyone involved with their care can be on the same page to know when doctor’s appointments are, medication to give, shifts for care, updates on their health and so much more!!

### 5/5 — What an amazing tool!

*2026-08-17*

What a great resource to have for caregivers to keep organized, share and keep up to date on important information. This is what technology is great for, to help those in need and each other.

### 5/5 — Excellent

Excellent app that we need to help manage care for our Aunt.

### 5/5 — Excellent Resource!

*2026-08-15*

This is a great way to keep track of everything that goes along with being a caregiver. Something as simple as tracking medications becomes complicated when the stress of other tasks comes into play and this provides (among many other helpful things) a tracker for that. Very helpful app!

### 5/5 — Peace of mind

*2026-08-05*

So glad I found this. Binda is the perfect app for managing the health of my grandmother. It totally reduces the stress of managing multiple care givers and gives me peace of mind.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.10 — 2026-08-17

Tasks & checklists

• Today is now split into what's still to do, what wasn't completed, and what's done, so you can see at a glance what still needs doing.
• Anything missed in the last two weeks now carries forward instead of disappearing at midnight. A task you never got to stays visible until it's dealt with.
• Recurring tasks no longer stop appearing after a fortnight.
• The "+" button on Tasks & checklists opens again.

Also fixed

• Opening a page from the menu no longer lands you on a broken navigation bar with a blank screen.
• A complimentary plan now says so, instead of showing a price you'll never be charged.
• Exporting your data no longer fails when your notes contain emoji.

Something missing or broken? support@binda.health

### 1.0.9 — 2026-08-15

A calmer tab bar, and two things that were plainly broken.

• Setting up your first care circle now takes you straight into it. It used to leave you on the setup screen looking at a form you had already filled in, with no sign it had worked.
• Hours you submit appear immediately, and Hours & expenses refreshes when someone adds time on another device.
• You can delete your account from Settings even if you created a care circle. Previously that asked you to "close or transfer" the circle first, which was not something the app could actually do.
• The bottom bar now uses the system material, so it picks up the light and colour of whatever is behind it.

Thank you to everyone who wrote in — every item on this list came from one of you.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-08-14

Time entry, fixed — most of this came from you telling us it was wrong.

• Set AM or PM when you submit hours. No more working out what 13:00 means, and no more shifts landing in the middle of the night.
• Entries made in the evening now use today's date instead of tomorrow's.
• Correct hours you already logged. Care managers can fix anyone's; caregivers can fix their own until they're approved.
• Delete an entry that shouldn't be there.
• Overnight shifts work properly — an end time before the start is understood as the next morning.
• Hours a care manager enters are approved as they're saved, so nothing sits waiting on you to approve your own work.
• Pull down to refresh Hours & expenses when someone adds time on another device.
• Mileage is reimbursed at the rate your circle has set.

You can also redeem an App Store subscription code from Settings.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-08-13

Have a complimentary code? You can now enter it right in the app — Settings › Plan › "Have a code?"

Caregivers can clock in and add time they forgot. There's a new "Both" option under how each caregiver logs hours, alongside clocking in and submitting a timesheet.

One-time tasks can finally have a date. Pick the day it should happen instead of it always landing on today.

Filter hours and expenses by person, so you can check one caregiver's week without reading everyone's.

Fixes
• Removing a task now actually removes it from your task list.
• Changing a task's time takes effect properly — removing a time no longer leaves the old one behind, so tasks stop appearing twice.
• Changing someone's role now asks first, and shows what's about to change before you save.
• Manually entered shifts now show their length correctly instead of reading as still in progress.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-08-11

Sign in with Apple or Google can now be linked to your existing account from Settings. Invitations to a care circle now appear under Settings, so you can join without hunting for the email. Plus fixes to password reset and clearer error messages throughout.
