Paid and subscribed but can’t watch a single drama. Keep on asking me to subscribe while I’m already subscribed. So frustrated and disappointed. Is this some kind of scam or something??? I’ve seen good artists work for their content but this app … it just doesn’t work and also doesn’t have a basic app requirement like settings. This app is a joke. Very disappointed.

I subscribed through Google browser with a paid plan and then logged in on both my iPhone and Android TV using the same account. But it still keeps asking me to subscribe again. The purchase history linked to my account isn’t showing at all!  I was planning to watch Esha Murder—even though it’s available on Telegram, I wanted to try watching it through this app. But honestly, the experience has been terrible!  Before focusing on content, please work on building a proper app. If you can’t follow Netflix, at least take inspiration from Chorki or Hoichoi.
