I’ve ordered the morning package which consists of Breakfast and lunch and my order is to be delivered to my work place. I struggle with receiving my order at an appropriate time and end up having my breakfast 3 hours late. 
I’ve sent multiple complaints and asked the delivery guy to coordinate and my issue hasn’t been resolved. Worst customer service.

الوجبات لذيذة صراحة لكن خدمة العملاء سيئة تخليني مستحيل ارجع لهم، عادي جدًا مايوصلون لك وجبتك ويدق عليك المندوب ١٠ بالليل ارسل لوكيشن بيتك بنرسل لك (الفطور) 🤣 او يجي يوم مايوصلون طلبك ولا في اي تجاوب فتضطر تدبر نفسك باي شي تاكله وتتصل عليهم يقولون بنرفع للاداره ولايصير شي👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
ما انصح فيه فيه خيارات كثير افضل وسعرها مقارب

What a great app, you can see dishes, variety before payment, you even can change your selection before and after payment. The food is amazing, tasty and well presented.
