I love the app but the lack of customer support makes it difficult I have been logged out for days now and it keeps stating it’s sending me a code and nothing. If I start a new account all my lists are gone waaa Java emailed support over the 3 days and no response

I’ve tried numerous TV tracking apps in Bingebound is still my favorite. The interface and tracking makes the most sense it’s clearly organized and into binging binging and want to watch, while being able to make lists. I feel like it hasn’t had a big update in a while and could use some changes, but I still use it consistently because it works the best out of all of the apps I’ve tried

Editing after the latest update: PLEASE change the tracking back. Updating episodes watched on shows that have 20+ seasons is an absolute nightmare now. 😭

With every update this app gets better and better. The season & episode tracker was great but seeing where you can watch each show is an absolute game changer. Makes rewatching older shows that much easier.

The concept of the app is great however I have updated the app twice now and each time I am logged out with my entire history deleted. I go to login and says already an account with my phone number… yes I know that’s what I am trying to access.
