Was able to deposit a relatively amount play of it for awhile. I was matched with people who might be similar to me. And now all of a sudden, I’m matched with people who score stupid high, which makes no sense especially in games like tile blitz. I feel bots are playing and winning now not an average person. There are bots that end up winning and scoring almost twice as much as you can even when you’ve had a perfect game. A number of times I’ve had a blackout and only to be beat by somebody who scored 20,000 more and there was no way they could do that! I played a few games due to some of the positive reviews, seems ok. They seem to be fair and generous so far after 5 games logged. Just being ultra cautious right now. They blocked me from being able to watch my games back. Customer service response was bingo Clash: Battle doesn’t let people watch games back- which is untrue. I was able to watch them up until a couple of months ago. Their brilliant suggestion was download pocket 7 and play there. They also removed the events from my app. Completely not letting me play them. Probably because I won the top spot once even though it was only $100. Meanwhile the same people are in the top three spots every single day- it’s probably their employees. And instead of admitting they blocked me from playing them, they are telling me events are only available occasionally- another lie. The challenger event is there every single day on bingo battle, bingo clash and pocket 7. This is some shady business practice. Hope that class action that was started by someone on Facebook exposes all of their manipulations. I, for one, refuse to deposit any more money into this app. Also, anyone playing make sure you watch back every game you play. There’s videos on social media where players are given two different cards. Players losing games and when watching back, they see they won. Customer service told them it was a glitch. A glitch that has apparently been going on for months. This is probably why they blocked me from watching my games back. Just beware. They must be hurting for cash because they are just outright scamming people now. It’s a shame really, because this is the best designed bingo game out there. It’s still fun to play just don’t waste your money. Play tickets or bonus cash. ### 1/5 — Game full of bots to take your money *2022-06-21, version 1.9.13* Here are my issues with the game that I’ve been playing for a while and will no longer do so: - as soon as you start wining the app crashes, giving you zero on a game you started. - if you withdraw large sum of your own money they will process it forever and you can’t have multiple withdraws at the same time - you can be great at the game but as soon as you start wining something changes and you lose all the games - I believe they have bots and manipulate their algorithm - you pay large sum of money for a game fee with a little potential of a gain. You can pay $30 for a game and win only $15. - they offer bonus cash to lure you in knowing their bots will ensure you lose it all - if there are issues with their app they will take away all your winnings - they can record and monitor your phone, outside of the game app. Read their privacy agreement. - you can’t permanently delete the app **Developer response:** Hello there, thank you for your very detailed review. If you accidentally exit or close the app during a Cash game, the game will usually pause and you can resume it later. I had a balance of $34 and all I wanted was my money returned to me that I had deposited. I didn’t want any winnings. The game had no problem letting me make a deposit but customer support refused to refund me my money. I was given several excuses as to why they wouldn’t give me MY money back. I should have made sure I could play online so I will take this as a lesson learned. People like this have no problem ripping off an honest customer. There are so many bad reviews. I currently have lost 25 matches in a row in which I’ve got a score of 61k.+. The response on this review will be they pair you up with somebody equal. I would like to hear from the designer what exactly this means. If it’s wins and losses, my last loss I was paired up with somebody who was 14-6 in the last 20 and I was 8-12-definitely not equal. One other note my top 15 scores on this app I’ve lost every one of them. Again I don’t understand. I’ve sent a few messages via customer service. We are always here to assist with your concerns. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent activity *2023-09-11* USER BEWARE: Avia Games promotes 3 separate apps (bingo battle, bingo clash, and pocket 7 games) in which all bingo cash games are intertwined (you might accidentally play yourself if you’re using all 3 apps). They allow you to log in with the same email address through each app, without repercussions. However, you will automatically be logged out of the current app to log in to the next. This is great if you are expecting long delays in your cash games. However, the second you start winning (without a cash deposit), your account is automatically flagged. When you try to withdraw any of your winning, you are automatically denied for “suspicious activity”. I was up to almost $300 and Several mornings later I received a notice that “your account has been banned for fraudulent activity”. You are unable to claim any winning OR your cash deposits. No warning or emails sent. This is a SCAM when the company allows you to log in to all 3 apps using one account. “Bingo Battle” also provides a statement saying that while you can use your account from another avia games app, they will not share any data”. Please learn from my Mistake. This was easily my favorite bingo cash game but now that my account has been banned, I can no longer create any new accounts using the same IP address in which they track while you play, then automatically ban when you start winning again.
