The game with the timer…plinko? Hit the top or side? What’s the goal? The regular Bingo is fun but there’s no explanation of what anything means…example, you get bingos and it says you lose. Why? How do the points work… what’s the goal. Memories? Charms? I tried emailing fo support but no response. It’s fun just to play and ignore the goals…it’s free…but I would like to understand. Thank you I’m back..still don’t understand and no response. Today there’s a “piggy bank” you need 25,000 coins I think…I reached that and it only shows filled. What does that mean? I clicked on it…nothing. For example…why are there no lucky charms in game? No explanation of how to play different bingos… My other bingo and a rummy respond within a few days. ### 1/5 — Ads *2026-02-27* I bought “Bingo Gold” for $19.99 because it said it removed ads….I’m still getting ads between every game. **Developer response:** Hi, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience. 🙏 “Bingo Gold” should remove interstitial ads between games, so this definitely isn’t the intended behavior. Please open the game → go to Settings → tap Support Email, and send us a message from there. This will automatically include your Player ID so we can quickly investigate and fix the issue for you. Instead of fixing what’s broke all of my themes, lucky charms, and level bingo games have disappeared. I only play the levels games and I can’t play as a result. I can’t contact customer support as it gets sent back saying the email address doesn’t exist. ### 1/5 — Too many Ad’s *2025-11-09, version 1.4.4* Way too many Ad’s, you have to sit through an ad after every game, then when you want to exit you have to sit through another ad, this developer is racking in the bucks with all these ad’s. ### 2/5 — Fun Game. Don’t know what happened *2026-02-27* UPDATE (2/27/26): unfortunately, I’m pausing the game for a while. I’ve been playing every single day. Have not missed one day and today, it reset my progress AGAIN. I hopped on yesterday to play and it made me do the daily progress TWICE so there has to be a glitch. I’ve made it to 25M coins. I would continue playing if the app worked correctly. This is decision has come from this plus how the coins decreased although I’m paying 8k per round then the power up tokens jumped up DRASTICALLY - especially only for 25 more than it has been. To the developers, please fix. I enjoy playing but will stop for the time being sadly... UPDATE (2/20/26): what is going on with the daily rewards? It wiped all of my progress although I play daily. Idk what is going on. I’ve been having fun with the game, but lately, idk what has happened. My daily coins aren’t adding correctly. I’m well passed 30 consecutive days of playing. My daily quests and achievements used to update consistently, but lately my “Consecutive Days” is drastically off resulting in not receiving my proper progress coins. Also, there’s an option to win blackout rounds, however, there’s no way as the game usually ends 4 slots before getting blackout. I’d pay more gems or coins just to continue the game any day that’s how much fun I’m having. Also, I wanted to note that the coin level after each game drastically decreased. I usually play 8 cards at an 8000 bet and daub a lot and use power ups ALL THE TIME, but where I once used to earn 50k coins before watching the ads to double my earnings, now I’m only earning 15k coins before watching ads. I don’t mind the ads at all. I like that I can earn coins while helping the developers earn money with the ads esp since the game is free. I’d just recommend please please please update the app and I will pay more gems and coins to be able to continue my rounds so I can actually do blackouts. Coming from a bingo host, this game is relaxing, keeps me competitive and genuinely enjoyable to play. ### 3/5 — Fun Game. Instead of showing how much coins and power ups you actually have it now says 2M or 1K. You can’t see if your wins are really going in. Also, the achievements and daily quests do not update correctly. Nor does the daily sign in bonus. So you can’t correctly get your rewards. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! Get rid of the M and K. Put back what worked before!! **Developer response:** Thanks for the report, and sorry for the frustration after the update. We’re already working on a new release that makes the M / K currency display optional (so you can switch back to the full numbers). This fix is in progress and planned to be released within 1–2 days. We also identified the achievements / daily quests / daily sign-in bonus updating issues, and those bugs will be fixed in the next update. We recently added the new Plinko game mode, and some of the related changes can sometimes cause unexpected results like this. We appreciate you flagging it—fixes are on the way. ### 3/5 — Done! *2025-04-21, version 1.0.6* This game has become very annoying because you are forced to look at ads after each, and every game is played. Once the ad is played, then you lose your sound to the game. I have requested more than once that you all fix this without success. Don’t worry about me sending anymore. Request to have it fixed, after I finish this review, I am done.
