You used to be against other people playing the game now it is all based off a design pattern. The game clearly does not let you get the design to win. I have been playing this game for quite sometime now and never any issues till this update. Maybe give people the option of the pattern game or race against other off points. Subsequently, however, they stopped allowing me to play games within the "Classic" category; furthermore, there were no opponents available for me to play against. When I attempted to select "Flash Games," the entry fees were refunded to me after 24 hours; I was left with the ability to play only "Score Games" or "Pattern Games." When I contacted customer support, they claimed they had implemented some updates that had affected various games. This explanation was completely false, as my friend was still able to play normally, whereas I could not. This issue is not unique to this specific game, either; I previously played "Bingo Cash" and encountered the exact same problem. ### 1/5 — Total con artists *2026-04-01, version 8.2.0* Ok so let me start off by telling you that in the first two weeks of using this app it was absolutely fantastic, my redemption requests went through smoothly in less that 24 hours both times and support was usually quick with message response, everything was just about as great as how a business should be fun and how they should treat your customers. But I gotta say I’m absolutely disgusted at these frauds the way they have been treating me since my last withdrawal request. So it seems that ever since I started winning against they’re system and they I haven’t deposited since my first withdrawal request, they granted me my 100 dollar request even though I didn’t deposit any money, but now I have won another 100 dollars since then and it’s now been almost three entire weeks since I submitted my last request, but after many failed requests to message support and see what was going on with my withdrawal request, I canceled it to see if it would go thru, but what do you know after cancelling the request, all of a sudden after a week of no responses I suddenly get another response from support telling me that I canceled my request and that I would have to put in for another request and it will work and if time exceeds then to contact support again. So ever since then I have sent them at least 10-15 messages on the app, multiple emails and still no response it’s straight up disrespectful to do your customers this way. They should remain transparent and honest with they’re customers, but it seems once you start to gain a fair edge and are making too much, they’ll just ignore you, act like they don’t see any of the messages and ultimately will not pay you what you rightfully won’t and are supposed to get. Don’t play here if your any good at bingo because after you start winning too much these crooks will not treat you fairly and will rob you out of your winnings. Total scams and anybody that runs a business this way don’t deserve any customers I hope these guys go bankrupt and lose all of they’re profits (Edit)- these guys are liars don’t listen to what they say, I’ve had the same withdraw waiting for almost a whole month now, and on top of that I’ve written and emailed them dozens of times each and they’re straight up ignoring every last message not once have I gotten a response. Dirty grey scum every last one of them💯💯💯💯💯 Edit#2- lol after letting my redemption sit and wait for a whole 4-5 months my redemption request still has not been processed and is just sitting there waiting for it to be processed. YES THAT IS RIGHT 4-5 WHOLE MONTHS. And they still refused to pay me. I cancelled it again just now but I highly doubt that that’s going to change the results. O just do not understand, if these guys would pay me what they owe me I would’ve spend thousands by now but they’re letting 100 dollars get in the way of doing that. Just plain old greed and fraud. Highly disappointed with how I’m being treated and it will be the same with you if you win as well. I seen a review that someone had won over 500 dollars without depositing any money and I highly doubt that’s a real review be because I’ve only won 200 and they won’t even pay me the last 100.
