I’ve reached Level 671 but my account has been stuck on Chapter 23 (Kids Bedroom) for months so I’m unable to continue the story. I’ve already contacted support through the app but haven’t received a response. I’m hoping someone can help reset my chapter. Playing the fun bingo cards no longer gives you stars for the level and now the story is gone? You can’t place your own items in the rooms, the number of bingo balls has decreased to 20 instead of 25, the card collections have gone, there doesn’t seem to be any ticket events either, if I am honest the game has turned boring and it’s making me not want to play anymore. Very disappointed. ### 2/5 — Update *2026-05-09* Ich habe dieses Spiel geliebt und ziemlich gerne gespielt aber jetzt mit dem neuen Update ist es gar nicht mehr schön. Man zahlt schon 22.95€ für VIP muss aber für alles andere auch nochmal separat enorme Preise zahlen um überhaupt irgendwie weiterspielen zu können. Und durch das neue Update vor ein paar Tagen hat man kaum noch eine richtige Chance an Bingos zu kommen geschweige denn an Münzen. Schade es geht ziemlich in Richtung Abzocke. ### 2/5 — Mise à jour nul !!! *2026-05-01* Remettez comme c’était avant la mise à jour est nul vraiment !!!!!! ### 3/5 — 内容は素晴らしいんだけどここがほんま嫌 *2026-03-24* まあこれは海外ゲーあるあるなんだけどさあ、イベントの強制参加をやめてほしいかも。まじでイベントを強制参加させられるとやる気のモチベ落ちてログインする気なくなるんだよね。プレミアムパスにも入ってるからもったいなくてほんとごく稀にログインするけどやっぱりイベントの強制参加をしてきてまたやる気なくしてログインしなくなるっていう負の連鎖が続いてる。 ていうかイベントのチュートリアルとかスキップする機能を入れとくべきでは？何回同じ説明見ればいいんだよ。こちとらやり方なんざ分かってるっつーの。 それともう1つ。プレミアムパス入ったはいいものの内容が割とカスなくせに金は無駄に高い。現状で言うとぶっちゃけあんま入る価値はないと思います。料金もうちょい下げたら結構いい釣り合い具合だと思う。 ### 2/5 — Weird bingo game *2026-03-14* You’re not really playing against other people, you just get a set amount of bingo balls. You seem to get all these opportunities to win stuff and get stuff, but you don’t actually do a lot of design and even if you win triple bingo on three cards you still don’t get enough coins to play another round unless you fork out a lot of money to play one more game and then you’re right back where you started. They really need to reconsider how much they pay out for bingo. You literally can’t play, unless you have tons of coins to bet. And, you literally can’t get tons of coins, unless you purchase them. Your payout is ridiculous. And, the bets are even worse. I have spent SO much money w/you, and even spending $6.00, it STILL isn’t enough to play in the Journey tournaments. It’s not right to be charging so much, when you don’t even give back enough to be worth anything. Also. Property & Furniture. Let’s lower the points to be able to actually own those. And maybe add more options. You have waaaaay enough subscribers at this point, to make it easier for us to advance. Very disappointing, I have been playing a long time and now have to say GOODBYE. Once you hit level 20 you are lucky to get a bingo. And your coins to play with drops drastically. Then the number of balls called goes from 25 to 20. I cancelled my subscription. The new games are horrible. I loved the classic game where you had the chance to get the jackpot. As for getting stars to design the rooms now it’s impossible. I have been playing all week and I am not even close to get a chance to design the room I am one. Also I loved getting the pictures. I was so close to finish the one for pets. I would active the pass and I haven’t even got anything from completing the missions. Once all my coins are gone I am deleting this game. It’s too bad that the developer changed a great game to a horrible one. It’s funny how the developers response to only the good reviews and when they respond they say to place higher bets.
