I tried to message the guy who works there privately on discord about my situation. To look more into this and even offered to provide whatever proof or speak to them via call if needed. I requested to speak to CEO as well cos I liked this game that much lol. He said the decision is final and they left it at that… Imagine playing a game that seemed too good to be true. The platform seemed great first, I also made some great reviews prior to all this (they reward you for leaving fluffed up reviews), I invited several people to the platform, and I even stuck up for the game developers on discord when the community was lashing out on them… but all this doesn’t matter. They still treated me with injustice. I felt like I was robbed. I deposited some money and I couldn’t even use all of it before I was banned. I guess it just all comes down to staying profitable for them. Furthermore, I went back to the rest of the reviews on here and there seems to be a pattern— people have been banned before for similar reasons.
