If you are a visitor to one thing without visiting it doesn’t give you always a gold pack. Even though you can earn legend/golden care puzzle piece but some events will make you pay to land with more items. There are times when they think it’s someone in particular that lost Wi-Fi or could be the game or something turned up. They can’t have them play on used cards and have them fill them up and make it so that other people can’t have a bingo. They aren’t being fair to everyone that is playing, people can’t get behind people and steal money from people’s gadgets when they don’t use money in the app. The game is rigged because of thieves, here and there you can’t watch videos for parts and times 3:00.00 middle and sometimes space in between the videos it would also be ready. But still why goes from a certain area until the very next day no matter if you spaced them out or not. No more advertisement videos for lucky lotto and to earn more fish food. I purchased a package twice in order to progress and earn the advertised reward, but on both occasions I did not receive the reward I had worked towards. This is not the first time I have experienced problems like this. What makes it even more frustrating is that the game has now disappeared completely. It leaves me feeling that users are being encouraged to spend money and invest considerable time into these games, only for the game or offer to disappear before they can actually receive the reward. I sincerely hope that is not the intention, but as a customer, that is exactly how it feels when this keeps happening. I have spent both my time and my own money playing these games in good faith, only to be left feeling that I have wasted both. But after a while, the wins become much less frequent, making it nearly impossible to earn enough tickets without spending money. It feels like the game is designed to push you into making purchases.
