I have put multiple reviews and have emailed multiple times for this issue and no resolution. Fun game but you may not be able to cash out so be mindful. Customer service is not helpful on the app and when trying to email, the email doesn’t got through. Very disappointed. If you want to play for fun with bonus cash they provide then that’s fine. DONT put any of your own money into it because you will lose it. Trust me. I’ve figured this app out after trying for so long just to reach $40. They won’t let you do it. Don’t waste your time on money on this one. It’s definitely rigged. Any of the Biagro Apps are rigged so if you download an app their company name, don’t do it. They are all rigged. Losers they are. It’s actually trying to get you to put your own money in. As soon as you get close to the $40 winnings it makes you lose every game until you’re back down to nothing and the cycle repeats. The solitary one was better than this but they’re all the same. I get it, free money is unrealistic and a joke.
