I was wrong.to progress you have to keep your winnings separated from the bonus money- so ok Boom i was winning- id leave my earnings unclaimed and use the bonus and play n win more! now these snakes done updated the app awhile ago and removed the claim option so now my winnings are automatically claimed dumped and mix with the bonus money without permission. Also what if i make a deposit and want a refund-they can’t because they’ve mixed your money with bonus money and your money will be somehow was spent leaving only bonus money behind SCAM!- oh And customer service sucks its the worst Bot ever only thanking you for letting them know about the issue - not fixing it getting an agent making a report but thanking me for informing them instead of actually getting results.
