I already contacted that chat, supplied screenshots, identified the successful $5 qualifying deposit, and showed the promotion promising an additional $5 bonus. Instead of fixing it, support repeatedly sent canned responses about “technicians” investigating. There is nothing “difficult to precisely locate.” The deposit record says SUCCESS, the promotional bonus is missing, and the in-app chat history documents the entire issue. Directing me back to the same ineffective support channel is not a resolution; it is a public-facing template designed to make it appear that assistance was offered. Same as all others by UNITY , BIAGRO S.A , KIMI CRUSH WF WHIMSY FORGE. All same developers under hidden names to avoid being shut down from all the complaints. There’s currently a LAWSUIT filed for these developers… they think there invincible! Not when I went undercover and played. Each one had the same deceptive practices and won’t around for long. Save your money I promise you will regret it if you don’t. For ### 1/5 — Useless support *2026-08-25, version 1.1.6* As many bots in the reviews as in the game. You don’t play against players, wins and losses are fixed as soon as the match starts. There’s hardly any variation in final scores. But that’s not really my complaint. I’d sent out a bank transfer, because it was too large to do a Venmo. Had one number wrong, and sent to the wrong person. My bank gave me steps to give bingo toys support team in order to request a reversal but they refused and just gave me a repeated automated bot response “transfer successful!” They’d told me initially to contact the person it was sent to… that’s for PAYPAL. what am I supposed to do with an account number?? But I think they’re all just using google translate and copy paste responses so I can’t judge the, too harshly, just be warned. Luckily I did this app as a way for rewards on another platform, but it’s frustrating I’ve spent like 6hrs doin it and its zeros out now.
