I can honestly say I enjoy playing “bingo winner”. However, I think it’s a set up, I have been playing the game for over a month and anytime I win it’s always $3.00… if I play anything higher than the $20 game I lose and when I say I lose I lose terribly they will only call 4 numbers max. So I only play the level. Then on top of that my daily spins, I’m always in silver🤦🏽‍♀️ but I always only win $0.01 EVERYTIME! Oh and last but not least… every day you check in you get a reward, and on the 7th day the reward is “Supposed” to be bigger, but if you miss a day or don’t check in you lose that credit. Well I play everyday and always check in, on that 7th day I’m back to day one and never receive my rewards! I wish I could post the screenshots to prove it. Anyways.. I won’t complain because I truly like the game but I wanted to voice my opinion. Don’t get your hopes up. ### 3/5 — Love bingo king BUT I NEED THE 30 GEM ENTRY BACK!!! *2023-06-21* I have so much fun in this app because I love bingo in general and plus it gives me some real cash just by playing it. I have only collected $24 from all the 2-4 months playing it but I don't really care much because I like the game itself. Though, I use to have so much fun with the 30 gem entry and now with this whole new update makes me want not want to play it anymore :/ like it had become my #1 favorite game but now there's no 30 gem entry. I don't like the 120 gem entry because it's too much i can't really afford nor i will bet even if i had the gems and the 6 entry gem seems too little as well. I like playing with a not too much or not too little bet of gems. 30 gems was perfect for me. I like how the new version looks in general.. I like the vivid and neon type of vibe and everything else but if I had that 30 gem entry back I would be so happy. I don't really bet money I do more gems. But everyone has their own preferences, right? 🤷‍♀️ But I'm sad I won't have that anymore.. i literally just remembered yesterday playing it and I had won 1st place 5 times in a row.. it felt like i was enjoying it too much like if it was a sign it was gonna be my last time having this much fun... ### 3/5 — Mixed feelings *2023-05-02* I have heard that this is one of the best bingo games to play. Well, I am on the fence about that. I started to play and knew immediately I was going to have to deposit money, so I started with $5 and within an hour I was up to $68! I was actually winning the higher payout games!! Next day I was loosing every single game and kept wondering why? If we have the same game card and play with similar skill levels then why would I score a game 20,000 lower than the winner? Playing the same exact way as I did the day before. So I thought well I will go over the instructions to see if I was missing something. I wouldn’t even call them instructions: listed the different ways to win on bingo card, listed the three power up but as far as explaining how to exactly use those is something we have to figure out ourselves. I have played several bingo app games and this is NOT one of the best AT ALL! I enjoy playing for fun; it’s not always about money & they don’t even have a warm up game or free game just to play for an actual ‘warm up’ before we get started playing cash games. So I was playing the lowest entry game which was 6 diamonds where I could win up to 10 diamonds. Played four games won two and then it disappeared! Now the lowest entry game is $1. I don’t have a freaking $1, this game is ridiculous. I understand it’s a gambling game but those gambling games should atleast be fun!??!?! ### 4/5 — You will get paid but winning again is hard *2023-02-22, version 3.4.1* So this is one of the 3 bingo apps that have actually paid me. I’ve won about $36 after a $10-$15 investment. I was pretty happy with that. The only thing is it’s VERRRRRRRY difficult to win again. If you do win you should take your money and cash out and don’t play again unless you’re playing for fun. The other unfortunate thing about this game is that the entry fees for the events go up too often. It makes it difficult to play with $5 or less. You often have to keep depositing to play in a event in which you will just break even. I don’t know if I’ll keep playing this game but I know that I don’t expect to win again anytime soon. ### 4/5 — Withdrawal was quick *2023-01-19, version 3.4.0* I had zero problems with withdrawing money. Yes, the game is likely “rigged” like any gambling game to prevent the house from losing! The game is fun and quick and when I cashed out, it was in my PayPal account the same day. Your email account tied to your PayPal must be exact, be careful with your upper/lower case. I did make this mistake first because when I went to type in my email address for the withdrawal of cash, it capitalized the first initial on my email. I typically think that would not matter with most things. However, with this particular game it does. I changed it and that is when the cash was in my PayPal account pretty much immediately. ### 2/5 — Awful customer support *2023-01-15, version 3.4.0* I’ve probably had this game for a little over a week. Truly fun I liked playing. Unfortunately there were some issues that I in countered while I was playing. It happened three times while I was playing it logged me off making me lose. I contacted customer support for help and they have yet to do anything to help. In fact what they did say was oh we see here that you got a score. As I explained to them that I was in the middle of playing when the system logged me out, they did nothing to help or try to resolve this. Even thou I did like playing the game unfortunately do to how they handled my issues I have opted to not play anymore. I’ve gone ahead and deleted the app. If you don’t care about losing money when the system logs you out in the middle of the game, then go ahead a download. We hope it can improve your game experience. ### 1/5 — LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS PLEASE *2023-01-10, version 3.4.0* I read a couple reviews and I thought, “maybe these people are just exaggerating” NOT AT ALL! After your first couple games it is darn near impossible to stay up on the leaderboard. One person expressed how it would constantly repeat the same letter but different numbers. I was in this same situation as well. There was also a game where Mike some one mentioned it seemed like the game would start giving everyone else what need around :30 seconds left and you would barely be pressing on anything meaning no power ups, nothing to move your bar, and nothing to help your rank. I even took screenshots where you can see in the beginning of my history I was on a hit streak and after I did the last opening game challenge. It went down hill quickly. The game wasn’t even playing the same as it had been when I first tried playing it. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, DO NOT FALL FOR THE AD YOU JUST SEEN ON YOUR GAME YOU’RE CURRENTLY PLAYING. That’s how they’re able to get away with having 5 stars and like only a few 1 stars, because their response literally sponges your vote. )) You don’t win any money in this game. It is a scam. I played it for almost two hours testing everything and playing with different people exploiting watching ads for diamonds to make entries. I very carefully eased into the app and read everything. The people you get matched up with don’t seem to be real players. The consistency at which every opponent is able to make plays and get points as fast as they do is unreal. Also they buy their good reviews. And they try to run damage control on bad reviews by straight up lying to you about how “their system is fair” “it’s strategy” “better player would win” any sane person who has downloaded the app has only done so because they were paid or promised something for downloading the app. “Give 5 stars on the app store and play for 5 minutes for [reward]”. If you read their responses too, it’s always broken English. I have no patience for scammers. I bet their customer support if you even get them on the phone all have Indian accents. Which is like the first indicator you’re interacting with a scammer. Because for whatever reason India loves cyber scamming. **Developer response:** Dear player, we promise the game is fair and real, we do not manipulate the outcome of the game. With player matches and shares the same board, the one who plays with strategy and gets higher scores would win. We understand that every player wants to win when they play a game. players you encountered may be more skillful and strategic, so scores are possible to be higher. However, by constantly playing bingo, I believe you will become even better. ### 1/5 — Game play *2023-01-02, version 3.2.0* First off I understand your in the business to make money. I have played for two weeks, and as of today I will be deleting this app. You cannot make five hundred a day. Good luck getting the weekly .60 cents. They restart you after the sixth day, so no cash. The boosts are not all that great. No time extenders in the last four days. I cannot even play diamond games because you need a bunch of them to play a game and I don't have time to watch twelve adds to play one game. You have to invest to get anything out of it. Every time I do i cannot get a win. It is not rewarding or even relaxing to play when you cannot get your number drawn for the card you have. I got a coverall and did not win. Don’t ever rely on reading 5 star reviews these days because unfortunately the business of buying and selling fake reviews is booming more than ever right now… there are people making a lot of money offering services (supplying of fake high rated reviews) since this type of service is high in demand due to its effectiveness in generating profit… yes profiting off of deception… if you want to read real review that are organic these days you must must must read the critical reviews. I downloaded this game and then decided to check the critical reviews and boy you can really get a gut feeling of the level of genuinity in these reviews. The give star reviews are all so incredibly fabricated you can tell if you try. uninstalling fake scam game now… ### 3/5 — Rating May Change *2022-12-24, version 3.2.0* I play several of the Acerena family of games because I was asked to write a series of very honest reviews of a number of these types of apps. While they’re all so much fun and very user friendly: I have noticed that with each of them, a handful of users seem to come seemingly out of nowhere at a certain juncture in each winning streak. While that might very well be based on skill- there’s a definitely suspect pattern here that’s quite consistent between each of these apps. I would, as such, recommend them for the fun gaming experience but, I would not recommend spending cash on these games at this time. ### 2/5 — Good but not great *2022-11-21, version 3.1.0* It’s a fun bingo game and I don’t usually care about winning but Unless you got loads of money to burn be careful the minimum to play at least a 1 v1 match is at least $9 the bonuses are iffy as i been playing for 3 weeks the daily log in is stupid because when you get to day 7 it automatically get rested to day 1 so a star knocked off for that and you will be facing like against 6 other people if you want to play cheap another star knocked off for the constant crashes in the game and another star knocked off for their leaderboard system some people don’t have time to play everyday and with a season reset every 24-48 hours that’s not a season that’s a daily at that point maybe I’ll review again in the future but just be careful ### 2/5 — Typical bingo game but expensive *2022-11-06, version 3.0.0* I have numerous bingo apps. They are all basically the same. I’m not a big gambler and don’t throw a ton of cash at these. Sometimes I just like to play the diamonds or whatever no -cash currency I’ve accumulated. This app only allows for two or three chances at the “cheap” games. They don’t have anything games under $1. They had a $1.5 games that I guess i played too much (maybe 3 times) and that disappeared. There was a 9 Diamond game that I played a couple times and that disappeared so all that’s left is games for which I don’t have enough money for. And I’m not going to add. I’d rather have a chance to build my account through winning small amounts. Doesn’t seem possible for this game. Too rich for me. Oh well. ### 2/5 — Don’t expect actual money *2022-10-25, version 3.0.0* After several months on this game and “winning” almost $100, I can confirm this one is another scam. None of the money I’ve won can be actually withdrawn as it is considered “bonus money.” Yes, it says in the rules that bonus money cannot be withdrawn, however the game fails to tell you when you win a game whether the winnings are bonus money or not. You only find out when you go to withdraw that it is not available to withdraw. I have played for months winning several matches and lots of supposed money but not one dollar of it has been anything more than bonus money and thus has been a total waste of time. READ NOW FAKE GAME *2024-02-16* Only download if you wanna use app to practice!!! So I just downloaded this game and they gave me $5 free to start with and I kept winning number 1(one )spots in every tournament. Once your balance reaches $15 you can cash out, but I didn’t wanna cash out at $15 so I continued to play and guess what? I kept getting the lowest rank which *was proof that this game is rigged!! They want players to deposit using our own money after our balance reaches $15 or they make sure you lose the $15 you won during the fair play rounds! I tested my hypothesis by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it with using a VPN and same thing, I kept winning first place ( because I am very skilled at playing bingo) until my balance reached $17 this time and then I kept getting placed at number 6 or 7. What a joke I know for a fact that I was participating in a completely rigged game!!!! Totally a waste of time!!! RIGGED. *2024-01-11* At first things were going really well. I play bingo outside of this and I liked the app the FIRST and ONLY day. Winnings were good but I noticed I had a strangely convenient Bad streak after winning under the higher paid games. I’d try to do lower ranked ones to get back what was lost but would lose too and it would require more money. I was NOT allowed to cash out an 86$ award because I “needed to deposit 89 more dollars” in order to be ALLLOWED to cash out. I kept playing to try and just have the supposed money required and then conveniently every. Single. Game. I have a horrific streak of bad cards, less than 4k points on one game and almost no bingos while other players ranked in 20k or even MORE points. Even times I had full 13 bingo on board I’d be placed as just under the pay scale or DEAD last and it was sus how the 3rd place always was just 100 points ahead of me to kick me off the pay board. This game is absolutely rigged. And this comes more obvious when I was allowed to withdraw 4.19$ but not the 86. I withdrew all my money and will be deleting my account and the game. No thanks. ### 1/5 — Great Games! *2023-12-20* If you like playing Bingo, TriPeaks or Solitaire then Joybox Studios has great gameplay. Games are easy to win and you get bonus cash to enter into tournaments. You may even “win” $15 or $16 that is not considered bonus cash ( if you play any games like this regularly, then you know you’re never cashing out the bonus cash). Unfortunately you have to deposit the same amount you want to withdraw. This defeats the purpose of withdrawing. Actually it smacks of money laundering. You deposit your clean money, they give you the same amount back ( which is the revenue from the ads they show after every game) and they “keep” your clean money for cash games. The house isn’t paying out anything because they still have your deposit money. I’m a little sad because I wanted them to be different and I liked their games. Luckily, I didn’t make any kind of deposit. Their ads are false advertising even with the teeny tiny disclaimers at the bottom that say those winnings aren’t typical. If you’re withdrawing money from these games and you’re paying them for it, then you’re being scammed. ### 1/5 — Fraud/scam *2023-12-08* Do not download! I won money on this game and when I went to withdraw from the app the money I won the app instead withdraw money from my bank account to deposit the game but the app did not provide the funds I won at all to my bank account. Then to insult to injury, not only did the app take money without my authorization it also set up automatic monthly amounts for withdrawal to the game without my authorization. When I went to dispute with my bank account there was a email and phone number provided for this “merchant or game app.” The catch the email no one ever answers and the phone number rings as many times as it can and then a voicemail comes on from a lady saying the people that gave her number are scammers and she is not affiliated in any way shape or form. That they also did the same thing to her. So do not trust this app at all no matter what they say. If you do you play at your own risk no matter the rebuttal the owner of the app says. It says it’s super easy and that you can really easily earn hundreds of dollars I win A few decent amounts but then I just lose it all immediately. Sometimes I’ve played a near perfect game. It literally wasn’t possible for me to get any more than maybe 10 points more maybe 50 and yet I’m either in fourth or third place and the person right above me has close to 600 points more than me. I will provide the good first- easy to use, great graphics and the head to head contests appear to be legit. The tournaments and group contests are another story. I started to notice two patterns- when I would win & the names of the other players. Most games - people use a “handle” or “screen name” like “tig519” or “billsfan” or “james145” it’s only occasionally that you will see a proper name like “John smith” or “Jane Doe.” When u play the head to head, you’ll seen typical screen names. If you play the tournaments other than head to head- you will NOT see a screen name, rather all proper names. I’ve never seen so many Jaxton, Forrest, Frederick, Ruben, Callen, etc. I have over 50 screen captures showing this! They appear to use a randomizer to create a first and last name & image of the user (another tell as many game players don’t load an image). Once I believed there was a pattern, I started capturing the winning screen that shows the names. It appears that those games are not legit & you’re not playing other players, rather the app, and I would stay away. Obviously I’m not naive enough to think I’d win money, so I always went into it as an unwinding factor. They reduced the amount of diamonds they give out, I literally had 300k or something by watching ads and winning, they updated and changed the graphics and set up, options of playing free reduced and then they updated a couple more times to where I’m literally logging in, playing a game or two til I run out of diamonds, the counter doesn’t stop to give too time to hit bingo, way reduced payouts. Overall really disappointing and this coming from someone who wasn’t foolish enough to think I’d win real money & played daily for hours- even their fake money and “bonus cash” is ridiculous and not worth even playing anymore tbh. ### 1/5 — Bot Players *2023-01-11, version 3.4.0* I have actually been playing this for months and I have put money into it for the time and amusement of myself. However, you are mostly playing against bots. I have actually found that if I go in at a particular hour of the day I will win. I have actually gone from $2 to $150 within that hour only to lose it later that evening within a half hour. It isn’t based on your “Bingo Skills”. I can select a number right away and get half points and then I can stall and get all the points. They base it on something else. Plus there isn’t a way that suddenly a player can double their points, but their bots seem able to…which now you can watch them do with their “live score” system. Take it for what it is…a game to pass the time. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — So I thought it was a scam at first *2024-01-25* I read all the reviews on joy box games but decided to proceed anyway that being said I enjoyed all of the different games they offered and was winning money on the ones I was playing. The problem came when I wanted to withdraw because of the policy they had to deposit more before you withdraw. I refused to do that and didn’t play any of their games for several months. I was just about to delete all of their games and my money as well when I decided to go back and play some more and try to withdraw again. I did but this time I decided to withdraw the minimum amount instead of all my winnings and guess what I didn’t have to make a deposit and got my money in literal minutes. After that initial withdrawal I was able to withdraw the rest of my money without any problems. I am so glad I didn’t delete these games they are definitely legit ! I definitely recommend. ### 5/5 — I love the game but….. *2022-10-12, version 3.0.0* I actually like the game but the payouts are very very low and you also have to put in a lot of your own money to even win some decent amounts which are anywhere from four dollars to maybe $25 which is not a lot is no chance of winning any money without putting any money in because all the free games are basically to win time is to play more games butNone of the free games or to win any actual cash besides one free game I was able to win $.40If the actual app fix these little things or the payout amounts I think this would be one of the most perfect games in the actual Apple store to purchase or to download. ### 5/5 — THIS APP IS THE ILLUSIVE DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH! *2022-10-02, version 2.9.0* I have played bingo on over 15 different apps trying to find one that is fair, that actually pays out and who does so within a reasonable timeframe. I was discouraged after trying out multiple apps, each one worse than the last. I ultimately came to the conclusion that the majority of these types of applications are just plain bad. And what’s worse, is that they are more than happy to just continue their bad ways, espite countless negative reviews. The only responses I’ve seen (if one’s even given) by customer service is some canned response that rarely addresses the issue and leaves the user no better off. My apologies for complaining so much about other apps, but I just wanted to really express why I’m so grateful to have come access Bingo King. This application is fair and honest and doesn’t leave me feeling like I’m constantly being deceived. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’ll try to keep this short (okay not terribly long) but I just want to say thank you to Bingo King because it’s the first app that I’ve come across that actually seems fair across-the-board. I don’t feel like I’m being cheated or robbed and it’s just so dang redressing. This an A+ application. I have cashed out on numerous occasions and it typically will take less than 12 hours. Which is unheard of in the land of casino game apps! if I submit a request before midnight I usually have the funds in my PayPal account by 6 AM. ### 5/5 — The Game is Rigged yall *2022-09-11, version 2.8.4* This game is rigged and biased, there’s no way it can be based on skill, the computer or moderators hand pick the winner regardless of the score! Don’t waste your time or money! Just get “BobbyCasino” or “MPL” apps atleast they play it fair ✌🏿#gaaahbage# garbage! You’re playing against computers, so there’s no way you can really win! You can barely win two matches back to back, plus I won 18$ and I looked up and the game stole 5$ back maybe 3 mins later! Nobody from the Support team has gotten back with me , it’s to be expected! Companies overseas taking advantage of us, it’s the way of the world ! ### 5/5 — Really fun! *2022-08-25, version 2.8.2* I’ve had this app now for 3 days or so. I initially only played the free games, using diamonds to play diamond games. Eventually you can use diamonds won to pay entry into a cash game. Obviously there’s the option to purchase bundles and to deposit for playing the other cash games. The game itself is fun, pretty straightforward bingo 👍🏻. As of right now I haven’t won enough to try to withdraw my winnings. Will update if/when that time comes as it’s always the big question: can you get ACTUAL money out of the app? So….stay tuned! ### 5/5 — Bingo king *2022-07-29, version 2.8.2* So let me start by saying I’m a real person who isn’t a bot or work for the gaming company. I will admit I was a skeptic with this game but let me assure you this game is real the payouts are real but in three days not a few mins and customer support has been amazing in handling the minor problems I’ve had. So ty to the game makers for not only being a legit game but making game play fun as well. Five star game in my book am deleting the rest!!!! Update…. I’m changing my opinion since previous review. Yes, the game started great even got some friends to join in however, since this last review my game has turned sour. I’m putting money in my game account and it’s only like I win two games every 27 games now and no big amounts just small little bits here n there. My advice don’t put money into this game play diamond games you’ll be much more ahead. ### 5/5 — Pretty fair *2022-05-12, version 2.7.0* I play a few different bingo games for fun and chance of money and I noticed that some are not very fair. It seems as if it gets the highest scoring players against lowest or something like that. It’s not fair but this is more based on rounds from what I think and i actually win so many more because it is fair. I enjoy it and don’t spend a dime to earn free money it’s an ok game. I would give it 5 but not much my type of game. Kinda opinionated so I’ll rate it 5 for developer and other people for a honest rating and for function but my personal opinion would not be playing this game.
