To full blown ignoring your request. Also let the clock run out and never answering your direct questions and then when you say something there like add more credits pls. That’s like 90% of them. You reach out to support and they want you to provide screenshots of the entire ordeal which you don’t think about in the moment and they don’t even refund your money or give you additional credits. There are lag times between direct messages - which causes the user (who os paying per min) to incur extra charges. Messages get out of order as well. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Do not recommend *2023-02-04, version 4.7.6* I would not recommend going to this app they claim that they are fluent in English but when you get a reading then there English is all over the place you can’t understand what they are saying. Also some readers are accurate and some readers are not I had a reader tell me she don’t trust the cards on here so she is using her own cards for tarot which tells me this app is trying to scam people and I appreciate her for telling me that the cards on the computer is not accurate. I had asked her a question on when I will get car because Im having a hard time finding a job and someone who can take me to and from work and she called me entitled with capital letters. She went off on me throughout the whole reading being disrespectful she told me to stop running late then maybe you will get a car like girl I don’t even have a job so how am I running late this reader is a scammer and have this nastiest attitude I ever seen on here. I already reported her to customer service. It had good reviews on Google and on the App Store I used the app to get a few readings…. But than randomly my card was charged 30.00$ for in app purchases that I never made a purchase for… saying I was buying credit for the app 500 credits for 8.99 in which I never purchased or submitted to any kind of monthly subscription!! Just don’t do it… now it’s taking me forever to get my money back and to get to the bottom of this!! Check your bank statements apple has been randomly charging me some random 1.99 to 10.99 charges but nothing shows I’m subscribed to!!! They are just trying to steal money!!! Is it just an error or a scam? *2022-11-11, version 4.7.2* There are some talented readers on here I have to admit.However Binnaz will show one fair price and try charging you another price: Example: I just wanted to buy for the moment 500 for $6.25 but when I went to pay for it it showed $8.99. This is one of the reasons I don’t come as often. But this last time made me feel like I was being scammed. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THE PAYMENT SETUP?!? Follow up: today it shows 50% off readings 11/11. So I figure I would buy some credits. But behold what do I see when I get ready to buy!! I was going to be CHARGED not the 50% discount for credits not even the regular $6.25 but 3x the amount OR $18.75 for 300 credits. I won’t be back until you fix your app. What’s sad 😔 is I was one of your best customers until this started happening ### 1/5 — Scammers *2022-09-18, version 4.6.6* This app is full of scammers. They let the clock run out and don’t even answer the questions you ask. I’ve reached out to customer service several times and report the scammer but they don’t seem to care. They said that the customer can “end the chat” at any time. It’s a complete waste of money. He gave me a reading that didn’t make any sense at all; it was 100% inaccurate and kind of a joke. Once they read and analyze they start the clock. All other apps charge you before they start and the price is triple. Some amazing readers mostly and a couple not so good. I did have a reader change the price on me. I caught him and called him out on it and made him give me free readings to make up for it and he did.
