### 4/5 — Nice, but there are two bugs

Everything’s good… except for two details. The extra slots for skills quite literally DO NOT WORK. I tried it 8 times, and every single one, the extra skills I paid for with gems AND more coins just… weren’t there. Even the starting menu didn’t include them, other than they didn’t work at all.

I basically wasted money for nothing. What is even the purpose of adding this if it does nothing but eat money?!

And you know what else? The Quick Harvesting skill LITERALLY DOES NOT WORK EITHER. I’ve collected resources under 2-3 seconds plenty of times while paying for this skill. Guess what? NO. EXTRA. BIO POINT. WAS. EVER. GIVEN. TO ME. Money wasted too. What is the purpose of adding something at all if it’s apparently just there to look pretty?

Please fix these two currently-completely-useless features and make them work instead of just freaking decorating menus.

Не первый раз уже я трачу время на кучу рекламы, чтобы собрать бусты, играю И В ИТОГЕ игра продолжается, а победа не засчитывается! Это происходит с уровнем, где надо диагностировать болезни, второй по счёту, и где нужно улучшить здоровье пациента. Несмотря на то, что диагностировано уже 14/14, а все показатели улучшились до 100, игра продолжается. Приходится только перезаходить = потеря ресурсов, потеря энергии, зря просмотренная реклама. Ещё не всегда можно смотреть рекламу для получения монет, два дня уже только для получения кристаллов, что невыгодно. На рулетке кристаллов нищие награды, на них не купишь кучу монет.

So for me after every time you play it, it feels like I get a lot of ads and the game is quite micro transaction heavy also the idea that you can only play a limited amount isn’t the best and also I could not continue the life campaign before at some point before I played one match of death so to be shortened the game is fun but the pc version is better

I really like the game but it will be awesome if the name ‘Jesus’ can be remove in the custom character thingy. It kinda hurt to see ‘Jesus’ on the character as a christian as the game is literally about killing and treating a disease .

i would give 0 stars if i could. where should i start, this game has CONSTANT ads and no time for gameplay, you are FORCED to play the tutorials that last forever and some of the buttons dont even work you cant even get past the tutorial. anyway this game is AWFUL, 0 stars

I love the game. But hate it when the only reason you lose is because you didn’t get enough points. And there are some bugs when you pause it, it sometimes ends up freezing at zero and getting stuck there and you can’t leave.

I played this game several years ago during a period of interest in Immunology. I have returned to that interest a full time study. The doctor feature has been greatly improved and I am now learning and enjoying lots about medicine even when relaxing with a game during my break time. I am very happy with the changes made to this game. I also love with new updates how disease add up. For example Parkinson’s leads to anxiety and other brain conditions, unlike in the past where somehow a kidney disease leads to some sort of rare digestive disease. The connections between these illnesses make sense now
