## What is Bioathletic?

This app can assist with a provisional injury diagnosis and offer recommendations on initial management of anything from sprained ankles and knee pain to back pain and shoulder injuries. 

We've just added a NEW running biomechanics self-assessment tool that takes you through some simple tests to work out your injury risk, how you could modify your training and then prescribes exercises to help with any issues.

It brings the expertise of Bioathletic's Physiotherapists to you, right when you need it most. Our highly experienced Physiotherapists share their advice to help you recover faster.
