### 3/5 — Easy hardware setup, but missing password manager support

*2026-07-24, version 2.5.13*

Overall, the Biocare Health app works well, seems solid, and setting it up with the heart monitor was very straightforward.
However, the login implementation needs attention from the developers. The app currently lacks standard iOS password manager integration:
1. No Associated Domain Entitlements: The app does not include webcredentials Associated Domain support, which prevents password managers (such as Bitwarden, 1Password, or Apple Keychain) from automatically matching and suggesting saved vault entries.
2. Missing Input Field Attributes: The username field is missing the standard UITextContentType = .username attribute, so iOS fails to offer the QuickType password manager toolbar button when selecting that box.

### 3/5 — Cool tech

*2026-05-12, version 2.5.9*

Had trouble keeping it connected Bluetooth this monitor was on a related person in home unless pretty close it would loose connection and had hard time reconnecting unless very upclose

### 2/5 — App needs work

*2026-04-09*

The app is very finicky. It doesn’t always open when I try to log on. Today my device wouldn’t sync and the app just kept spinning. It’s hit or miss whether or not it will record an event when I use the device mark button. Also, having an add in the middle of main page where I have to scroll by to get to what I need each time is super annoying. I’m already using a device, I don’t need an ad for another one 🙃

### 4/5 — Biocare Report

*2026-03-31, version 2.5.8*

Hard to learn the initial steps for maintaining BioCare Heart Monitor. Learning.

### 4/5 — Came off 3 nights

*2026-01-22, version 2.5.5*

It came off twice the first night and Monday and Tuesday and I don’t think it took in consideration that I sleep with a C-pap on.

### 2/5 — Functional but annoying

*2025-12-19*

The initial setup is simple and the app navigation is pretty good. The tutorials are helpful for placement and operation. However, in my first 5 minutes using the app I was asked to review it 3 times. I was going to wait a little while and form a more complete opinion, likely a quite positive one, but this behavior is really annoying and I decided the only thing I can really do is give them the review they wanted so badly.

### 1/5 — The worst

*2025-12-16, version 2.5.3*

This heart monitor is horrible! It’s cumbersome and the tape to keep it on ripped your skin off when you’re trying to take it off is bothersome it’s not comfortable and it takes over two hours to download the results never using this thing again it’s the worst

### 5/5 — Heart Happy Appy

*2025-11-21, version 2.5.3*

For someone who isn't tech-savvy, I have to say: this app made my heart happy! It was so easy to set up and start using with my Bioheart device. I feel truly empowered because I can act on the visual cues recorded and charted in my app. The new app has good and relevant features that help me in my daily life. I highly recommend this—it’s so simple, it effectively connects my physical symptoms directly to the data, giving me control over my heart health.
Love it with all my heart!

### 5/5 — New App is Fantastic

*2025-11-20, version 2.5.3*

Okay, so I've been using the Bioheart device for a while, and the old app was definitely solid. It got the job done, and I had no real complaints. But seriously, the new Biocare Health App? It's on a whole other level.

Connecting my Bioheart device with this new app was super easy—no fuss, just worked!

It truly offers way more than the old app, and they didn't just add fluff. The best part is seeing all my data consolidated into one place.

If you use Bioheart, this is a must-download. It takes all the great stuff the old app did and just surpasses it. Seriously happy with this update! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

### 5/5 — Great product

*2025-11-19, version 2.5.3*

Excellent product. Extremely easy to set up. App was very intuitive and instructions were clear. Monitor was easy to put on and surprisingly comfortable to wear. I often forgot I was wearing it. I take comfort that I now have awareness of and can track any changes to my heart rate and rhythm. I can’t wait to share this information with my doctor.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Will not stick

*2026-06-13, version 2.5.10*

The device does not adhere properly even after using the alcohol prep pads . Impossible to sleep with it on as I am a side sleeper turning frequently.

### 1/5 — Impossible to access results

*2026-05-14*

After your study is complete and results in, you get alerted and when trying to access the report it forces you through a lengthy feedback UX with no way out if you want to view your results. Closing the feedback window blocks you from seeing your results

Eventually I got my results after spending time on the feedback UX only to be blocked from downloading/forwarding my results. Mobile app screen is way too small to see anything in the multi page PDF they show you in app

### 1/5 — What am I missing?

*2026-05-06, version 2.5.9*

Not user friendly - zero information about my recent study available , which is the only reason I wasted time getting & setting up the app.

### 1/5 — Too much of a hassle

*2026-03-28, version 2.5.8*

Creating an account was a nuisance.

### 1/5 — Useless app

*2026-03-27, version 2.5.8*

This app is terrible! It works once & then disconnects! It won’t reconnect unless I uninstall & reinstall. Even that doesn’t guarantee it will continue working! At least I’m assured the information will still transfer whether or not this app is working!

### 1/5 — Frustrating

*2026-03-14, version 2.5.5*

I’ve been wearing the Bioheart chest strap for a few days. It arrived via fedex, the box was nice the instructions simple and straightforward. Immediately I’ve had problems with the app displaying a warning “bad contact”. Initially I wasn’t concerned. I figured I just need to adjust where it sits on my body or tighten the strap.

I’ve spent hours moving the device around to try and resolve it. I reached out customer support who were initially responsive. However, they continue to send me the same simple diagram which is easy to follow.

Then they asked for additional data/report and I discovered the app can’t produce the reports they ask for. I sent screenshots that clearly show buttons their instructions tell me to click to provide them a historical report aren’t available in my phone app. One of the screenshots included “live data” and I received a call from a very nice lady who can analyze heart rhythm reports who confirmed the device is picking up a strong signal even though the app displays “bad contact.” She asked if I had hairy chest, I don’t but didn’t could see how that would be a problem.

She wasn’t familiar with how to use the app but could interpret reports. The app on my phone doesn’t allow me to create a report. She confirmed the screenshot with live data was “a textbook, clear and strong signal” even though I was getting the “bad signal”warning in the app. She suggested that I move the device around to see if I get better contact.

I have moved the device around so much I know exactly where the device gets a good signal and a bad signal on my body. I was an electronics technician and computer network engineer for over 30 years, I have the technical experience to determine what a strong clean signal looks like.

I told her I discovered while following the troubleshooting steps I discovered I can’t see historical data or generate reports for her to interpret. She offered to get on teams anytime to troubleshoot even though she didn’t know the app. I appreciate her desire and willingness to help but she doesn’t know the user side of the product which will mean more of my time helping her understand how the product is supposed to work on my end. I’m ready to send the product back or eat the loss. I bought it because I thought it would help me see historical data and better understand what my heart is doing but it has just added frustration. I’m so frustrated and disappointed. I had high hoped this product would work as advertised and help me better manage my heart health problems but it doesn’t.

### 1/5 — Mechanical issues

*2026-03-09*

I’m meticulous about following directions , mechanically inclined and have medical knowledge. The adhesive patches simply don’t hold with the slightest bit of sweating. Unit falls off. I had to use additional medical tape to secure the unit to body. I charged the battery as required for 2 hours each evening. The charge was exhausted by mid morning next day had to recharge. I sincerely hope the data is superior, because the unit is not user friendly. I can’t imagine most people going through the nonsense I did to get through this test. System needs to go back to the engineering department to make it better. Battery life? Better adhesive patches that don’t fall off.

### 1/5 — Disconnect

*2026-03-01, version 2.5.5*

Does not stay connected on the app comes on and off when calling support they don’t help an they say some one for another team will call back and don’t disappointed

### 1/5 — Don’t do it !!!

*2026-02-26, version 2.5.5*

I tried for over 30 mins to get this app to work … it’s a damn joke .. the app don’t work .. Don’t waste u $8 on this app !!! Still trying to figure out how to get a refund !!! It’s a junk

### 1/5 — Accessibility

*2025-12-21*

I am blind. I use VoiceOver on the iPhone. This app is very inaccessible. I don’t know if I am supposed to be able to check my heart rate by times or if I am just supposed to get the random time stamp that the app gives me sometimes. The App will tell me a time and the heart rate at that time in what seems like random instances. Many of the labels are not descriptive as well.

I'm also a huge fan of the wireless device! Game changer!

### 5/5 — Heart Study

*2026-01-27*
