I liked the meals it gave me and I loved being able to just order the groceries right there! ### 5/5 — Life saving! *2024-07-24* As a 300 lb homunculus my life was going nowhere. Once my fourth wife divorced me I decided that I needed a change. Biocoach amazing services were everything I’ve ever needed! Almost immediately my life changed for the better: My favorite ex wife remarried me, Scott (***hole by the way) at work became jealous of my muscles, and my 30 year old kids called me “Dad” for the first time in their lives. I cannot log into the app and the links I was sent do not work! ### 1/5 — No app support *2024-12-20* I want to use the app but after creating an account I get the error “API Error Error updating user” with the option for “OK” and it doesn’t let me move forward. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but the issue persists. I’ve emailed bio coach support but haven’t received a response. The app support link through the Apple Store takes me to a webpage on Biocoach that doesn’t even exist. What kind of support is this?? I really like the idea of this app but get your support system together!! ### 1/5 — Won’t work at all *2024-12-01* All it says when i try to make an account is api error updating user I’ve tried everything to get this problem to go away. There also is zero way to get in touch with technical support. Biocoach has also allowed me to plan for the week staying in my family’s budget and within our dietary needs. Thank you so much for helping me worry about one less thing. Oh! And the exercise videos and health tracking tools have made things so easy for keeping all my fitness goals in order. I can’t say enough great things about this app!
