I’m stuck on a quiz that is too big for my screen. I can’t press submit. So I can’t go on… The displays are messed up with overlapping icons not great. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for the feedback! Our recent update should have solved this problem so you should no longer be experiencing this issue. Let us know if you still are though! ### 3/5 — Frustrated *2023-04-03* The machine itself works great, but the app is a struggle. It won’t hook up to my Wi-Fi, and has glitches where it just stops working. And you can’t get new glucose strips unless you use the app. ### 3/5 — Could have potential for a keto follower *2023-03-22* Could have potential. The app seems to glitch a lot and the points seem fun but not sure how they work as it says I never have Any. It jumps around a lot when tracking the time compared to the tests and videos for the day. It is very affordable, but the actual device is inaccurate at level 1 and level 2 glucose control testing by 15-30 points higher depending on which level. Worth doing if you support a keto diet, if you are not into keto this is not the app for you. If you are a diabetic who needs medicine it is worth checking with a glucose controller how off the levels are so you are aware and don’t drop too low. I believe there should be an immediate warning at the opening that states the devices are still being tested and that it should not be relied upon for accuracy for medicine. ### 3/5 — Not sure what to do. Could be good? *2022-12-09, version 2.0* This interface is all Over the place. I think I have to do a tutorial before I can enter or get my data? Currently I am stuck in one of the tutorials. Nothing I do seems to allow me to procede. Not a great start. This app is easy to use and has tons of great support to help you on your journey to improve your metabolic health.
