## What is Biodynamic Touch?

Learning to listen — to your body, and to each other.

There’s a kind of listening most of us were never taught: not for words, but for what the body already knows — the quiet signals beneath the noise, the intelligence that moves through you the moment you slow down enough to feel it. And there’s a second listening, just as unpracticed — the one that lives between people, in the space where presence is either offered or withheld.
Biodynamic Touch is an app built around both. A place to grow, slowly and for real, the skill of listening to yourself and to others.

WHAT YOU’LL FIND INSIDE
• Guided somatic meditations to arrive back in your body, settle your nervous system, and open the field of inner listening — short enough for a morning, deep enough to change your day.
• Live online gatherings where we practice together, in real time. Presence is a muscle, and it grows in company.
• Courses at your own pace or alongside a cohort — from foundational embodied listening to longer journeys for those ready to make this a way of life, including training for practitioners who want to carry the work to others.
• A community learning the same thing you are — rare company for sensitive people who have often felt like “too much,” and are ready to meet their sensitivity as the strength it has always been.
• And when you are ready, a path into one-to-one sessions and in-person retreats in some of the most alive places on earth — the hills of Sicily, the Sacred Valley of Peru.
