I Receive the verification code, but after entering it I get “Donor does not exist in the system.” I’ve Reset my password and reinstalled the app. Same issue on both the app and website. Customer service, my donation center, and online support have not resolved the issue. I can still donate and schedule appointments by phone. From waiting anywhere between 2-3 hours after your scheduled donation time to actually donate, to the stipend dropping from an average of $130-140/ wk for two donations to a meager $90/ wk for two donations, $40 if you only make one. To “compensate”, they are now trying to entice donors with hopes and dreams of “winning $500” or a “trip to Cancun”… I don’t play the lottery and I don’t give two cares about visiting Cancun… just pay me something reasonable for my time or actually get to your donors in a reasonable manner and respect my time. ### 1/5 — Lowering the payout *2026-07-06, version 3.2.1(579)* You to get $120 every week when donate since last year they have been lowering it every couple months ### 1/5 — Been donating and using the app for years, over the last month or two it’s making me verify my email *2026-06-30, version 3.2.1(579)* Literally each time I login, it makes me check email and enter a code, like wtf, even banking apps aren’t this anal. ### 1/5 — Login Issues *2026-06-29, version 3.1.9(569)* I consistently receive a login error message, saying the login credentials are incorrect. After changing my password multiple times, and deleting and reinstalling the app, I still cannot gain access. BioLife has no problem sending weekly push notifications though. So I know my account is active. ### 1/5 — Terrible June 2026 update *2026-06-28, version 3.1.9(569)* The newest security update on the app is terrible. First, every single time you want to login to the app, you have to request a security code. This includes anytime you want to just look at your account balance or schedule an appointment. Even my bank apps don’t require this every single login. Second, they don’t let you copy/paste the code on the app, so you have to either switch back and forth from your email app and manually type the numbers in digits at a time, or write down the number and manually add it. As a marketing developer who donates plasma on the side, I can tell you these pain points make using the app terrible, especially since it’s an app people use multiple times per week. I’ve been donating for over a year and this new app update in June makes the profess so much more slower and cumbersome. Please for the love of all things sacred make the security sign in process easier for users. ### 1/5 — The update broke it *2026-06-28, version 3.1.9(569)* After the last update, I have not been able to access my account. I have opened a support ticket but haven’t heard back yet. I can’t make appointments and I can’t get in touch with anyone who can help. It worked fine before the update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing has helped. ### 1/5 — Login *2026-06-26, version 3.1.9(569)* So irritating and annoying that keeps sending “one time passcode” to my email. I have repeatedly sent in support request through their contact us form, uninstalled, reinstall the app, reset my password, and checked spam folders. I never receive the multi factor notice. I ask to go ahead and leave and still be half paid they said no and counter offered me 10$ plus snacks and water. ### 1/5 — Unable to schedule in the app *2026-07-29, version 3.2.1(579)* For months now I have had to leave the app, go to their website, and schedule my donations because their apps main purpose of letting you schedule doesn’t work because every time I attempt to schedule it greys out the button for “confirm details” and no matter what I do or press it still has it greyed out and unavailable for me to interact. My only saving grace is the website, which is buggier than the app, and requires a code each time I need to log in which is a pain and a chore for something that used to work so smoothly on the app alone. Does not show my balance and says my card has not been registered even though it has and there is no customer service options to help get this issue resolved and calling the clinic does nothing because they do not take phone calls anymore.
