I paid for a year subscription and when I tried to access that part of the app it told me I didn’t have a subscription. I assumed I made a mistake, so I went to rebuy it, but the app gave me an error and told me I already had a subscription!! I confirmed this by looking at my subscriptions in the apple App Store. So now I’m stuck in this death loop of not being able to access the content or buy or restore a subscription, and I’m down $40. And I can’t find contact info for anyone. This is a possible scam.
