## What is Biological Prime Time?

Biological Prime Time: BPTF helps you find your productive hours. Log your energy, focus, and motivation, add optional activity notes, and compare your average ratings by hour.

Your data is yours. Export all your entries as CSV for analysis in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, or your own tools. No account. No lock-in.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Rate energy, focus, and motivation from 1 to 10.
2. Optionally add a short note about what you did in the past hour.
3. Save your entry and set reminders during your chosen tracking hours.
4. Review your hourly averages as you collect entries across multiple days.

SEE YOUR PATTERNS

View all three ratings together or compare them in separate charts. See how many entries and days contribute to your results. Gaps show hours you have not logged.

Use your results to help choose when to study, do deep work, or handle routine tasks. Your patterns reflect your own ratings and become easier to interpret as you cover more days and hours.

ADD CONTEXT TO YOUR RATINGS

Record what you were doing alongside each check-in. Browse your entry history to revisit your ratings and activity notes. Prefer just the ratings? Turn off the activity note field in Settings.

YOUR DATA, NO LOCK-IN

Export your complete entry history as a CSV file, including dates, logged hours, energy, focus, motivation, and activity notes. Save a copy or share it with a tool of your choice for further analysis. Exporting leaves your entries in the app.

SIMPLE, PRIVATE TRACKING

Choose your tracking hours and reminder minute, and keep previous ratings selected for your next check-in. Tracking works offline, with no account or ads. Entries stay on your device unless you choose to export and share them.
