Quizzes were functional and informational, but now I cannot even open the app. I click on the app and it first shows the logo, then the screen stays grey no matter what and I’ve tried multiple times with different networks, but no luck. **Developer response:** We appreciate you taking the time to share this. The app requires a reliable internet connection, and temporary network issues can sometimes prevent it from loading fully. Please try again with a stable connection, and let us know if the problem continues, we’re happy to help. ### 1/5 — Horrible App- constantly freezes *2025-11-17* The concept is good but app is worthless. ### 1/5 — Ads still show in premium *2025-11-14* I’m paying $2/week and it’s still showing ads despite saying that that tier removes ads. The ads are long, too! What gives?! **Developer response:** Hi there! I’m sorry that you’re having this issue. Just to clarify, the Premium subscription removes banner ads and interstitial ads, but it does not remove rewarded ads (the optional “watch to get a reward” videos). If you’re still seeing banner or interstitial ads even though your subscription is active, please try the following: - Reinstall the app - Open the app and go to Menu → Shop → Restore Purchase to refresh your subscription status ### 2/5 — No black characters *2025-12-24* Honestly, I’m deeply offended that there are no black characters, let alone people with anything other than straight hair to choose from. Black people have significant roles in the history of biology and yet, you don’t even provide the option of having a Black person for a profile character. As a Black person, I am deeply offended. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re sorry that our earlier character options felt exclusionary, this was never our intention.
