## What is Bioluminescent Sightings?

Bioluminescence on the ocean is one of the most beautiful natural events I have ever seen, and seeing requires being at the shoreline, at night. Often times, it goes missed. This app allows users to be notified when a Bioluminescence event is occurring near them, by allowing other users to report sightings of bioluminescence. 
Users can vote on an event made by others - thumbs up if the event is true, and bioluminescence is actually occurring, and thumbs down if it was over quickly, false alarm, or something else. 
There is a tutorial mode built into the app that allows users to learn the app, without actually making a report that others will see.

-Bug fix to the map and zoom controls resizing. 
-Disclaimer gets prompted to be shut off after accepting to the disclaimer.

-Sighting voting now shows a history, helping users see if a sighting was valid, but has went away. 
-A bug causing the map to expand, then shrink in size, has been fixed. If this occurs, simply tap the search bar, and the problem will correct itself. This will be improved in future updates. 
-Tutorial has been made more intuitive. 
-Safety release prompts itself to shut off during app start, at the end of the disclaimer. Please ensure you understand the safety procedure prior to disabling it on startup. 
-Admin messages can now be responded to.
