Don’t Buy *2025-10-14, version 2.3.5* They did not refund the full money. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2025-08-28* The app is useless, you can’t manage anything using the app. You have to request a link to be sent to your email that never is sent. ### 3/5 — Works okay could use some updating *2025-03-04* Could use some updating. Like a widget for easy check in abilities instead of opening app and selecting check in then press and hold to check in. Seems ponderous. ### 4/5 — Huge gaps in the physical product and the software *2024-12-06, version 2.1.16* During the questionnaire, I was asked if I was allergic to anything in a multiple choice list. In the medical sense, I am allergic to none of them. In the loose sense, I am also not intolerant/reactive to anything on that list since it didn’t explicitly mention Methylated B vitamins. I am totally OK with normal B vitamins. A list of vitamins was shared with me before ordering and subscribing and I was fine with it. However, I started experiencing sleep issues. Methylated B vitamins do this to me. I checked the paper brochure that came with my welcome pack, it didn’t mention the B vitamins were methylated. I kept taking the granules but the sleep was still poor. I reached out to their CS and they told me in fact the B12 is methylated, though it’s not mentioned. I asked for an updated formula without methylated B12, they said I have to wait until after the first 3 months are done. That’s not right. Or I can upgrade to Bioniq Pro, pay 3x and customize my B vitamins. I just want the same formula without methylated b vitamins, and I expect to get that free of charge because nowhere did they explicitly state the methylation though it’s common knowledge not everybody tolerates them. Had they mentioned it, that would be entirely on me. They didn’t, they should own up to it. To make things a tiny bit worse, their app doesn’t allow me to view my subscription— I can only do that on the website. So the app doesn’t really work as intended. ### 5/5 — Optimisation through personalisation! *2024-10-18, version 2.1.16* I love being able to track my results and see what has changed throughout the year, helping me understand the impact the personalised supplements are having on my health journey! ### 2/5 — Not for me *2024-07-05* I don’t think that this product is for me. I have better luck using traditional vitamins. I was all about trying something new but the granuals are not easy for me to take. I’ve tried mixing it with yogurt, water, juice, and even taking them alone with a chaser. After taking them for a few days straight, I noticed some undesirable side effects (racing heart beat and dizziness.) When I stopped, no more side effects. Maybe it is worth noting I did not do a blood test, I simply stated what I wanted from my vitamins and the came up with a formula for me. The other thing that turned me off was the app. For one, it doesn’t not save my personal settings at all. My country and birthday change to something totally different every time I correct and save. When trying to keep track of the days I took my vitamins, it only shows that particular week. And when you try to “load more” dates, it only shows that week of the previous months (ex. If it’s the first week in July, “load more” will show the first week in June, May, April and so forth) no the entire month. Definitely wanted to like the product and the app but again, it’s just not for me.
