3년 조금 안되게 사용했습니다.
주기적으로 오류가 나네요. 앞에 리뷰하신분처럼 고객센터 전화하면 이메일로 보내라하고 처리는 다음날이나 다다음날정도 되네요. 
오프라인용으로만 사용하실거 아니면 추천하기 어렵네요. 너무 자주 오류나고 처리가 늦어요.

Cloud service barely works. More downtime than uptime which renders the app useless. Support is third party only and even it’s seems like it’s guess work for them.
