I had to stop using it because it notified me, every single day, that the items in my cart missed me. 

THERE ARE NO ITEMS IN MY CART.

It’s like the website only it’s an app and you’re unable to change the currency to anything beside USD. Needs an option to localise the currency the prices are shown otherwise it’s entirely pointless

The app itself works quite well - the interface is sleek and intuitive not as clunky as so many shop apps are. No crash issues running on iPhone X, 11, XR or 12 (whole family’s phones) with iOS 15+. The app responds quickly and there is no discernible extraneous lag between touch or type command and execution by the app either on 5G, LTE or on WiFi.

The GUI design is clean and has a well-executed, minimalist UX. This allows it to showcase the products and it minimizes the flash of the app itself - a lot of apps fail in this area and when your app is more engaging than your products are that is a problem. 

That said - BioWare tends to attract talent and this app is just more of what I’ve come to expect from them and the people and firms they hire, (looking at you here Development Plus, Inc.) since my relationship with their supremely appealing commercial and digital offerings began with the original Xbox and KOTOR 1.
