La partie prix des carburants est intéressante, dommage que les prix affichés sur la carte ne tiennent pas compte du carburant que l’on a indiqué pour son véhicule. Customer service is great, the products work well, look modern and are discreet. The billing has worked seamlessly. Ordered my badge with a month to spare as I didn’t want to pay for months I didn’t need. My badge didn’t ship until a day before we were due to leave. So no way I will get it in time. And you only have 30 days to ship it back to cancel it. No way to cancel through the app or get my money back… and I will be charged for the extra month. What a joke. Don’t use them. You will be paying for months of subscriptions you don’t use. My account has been frozen because they keep failing to collect payment. Definitely look at alternatives. The app is janky and the tag itself doesn’t work at some gates in France, leaving you in weird situations where you’re stuck between a gate zone without a paper ticket. You need a bank that supports their archaic way of “invoicing” you can’t use a credit card. Then they send you moronic emails, from a no-reply account telling you that you haven’t replied to their email. No message trail or reply function in their web app. I shall have to lose the initial money I spent. Registration is not possible ### 1/5 — Bei Problemen leider schlechter Kundendienst *2024-08-31* Da ich gerne nach Italien fahre, und an den Autobahnmautstellen längere Wartezeiten beim Telepass vermeiden möchte, habe ich den Badge geordert und die BIP & Go APP heruntergeladen. Im ersten Jahr hat es problemlos funktioniert, im zweiten Jahr wurde der Badge leider nicht mehr erkannt, und das ist ganz schön peinlich, wenn sich von den anderen Telepassteilnehmer hinter dem PKW eine Warteschlange bildet. An der Badge Positionierung kann es nicht liegen, da diese mit dem Vorjahr identisch ist. Der Kundendienst von Bip & Go wurde über die App kontaktiert verbunden mit der Fragestellung, ob mir ein neuer Badge nach Italien ins Hotel gesendet werden kann. Eine Woche verging, dann erhielt ich die Rückmeldung, dass mein Vertrag aktiv sei…? Auf meine Frage bzw. mein Anliegen wurde nicht eingegangen, es las sich wie eine Textkonserve. Trotz Beschwerde beim Kundendienst über diese am Thema vorbeigehende Antwort hat sich niemand mehr gemeldet. Den Abo Vetrag habe ich darauf gekündigt, gezwungenermaßen, auf meiner Heimfahrt werde ich wohl wieder Tickets ziehen, für den nächsten Italienurlaub bei einem anderen Anbieter ein Abo abschließen. Den Badge muss ich per Einschreiben nach Frankreich senden. I created a direct debit and paid the €24 despite 3 attempts these guys have not managed to deliver a Bip&Go tag but have managed to take my money. I have now asked for a refund and cancellation and will revert to Emovis. Worse still the App is designed to ensure that you have no way of contacting the Company and any email that you do receive is from a no reply address. Really hopeless a bunch of rip off merchants, be warned. So now I have been asked if I want to amend my review. Still no sign of the money they owe me. However, they have given me a phone number in France to contact them after over 3 months! Stay away, these people are really inefficient and demonstrate zero customer service.
