Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, 
ich wohne in Deutschland aber meine Mutter in Russland und einzige Möglichkeit sie zu kontaktieren ist diese online Anwendung . Welche aber in Russland nicht mehr verfügbar, ich kann nicht mehr Mama telefonisch zu erreichen. Ich kann nur schriftliche Nachrichten schicken , die aber erst in ein paar Tagen erscheinen. 
Ich bitte Sue sehr , machen Sie bitte etwas, was in dieser Situation hilfreich wäre. Ich flehe Sie🙏🏼

Сначала я зарегистрировалась и вышла, чтобы проверить пароль, и никак не смогла зайти , тк не присылали сообщение с кодом, а сразу писали, что превышен запрос! Хотя ни разу не было! Через 24 часа ничего не изменилось! Я попробовала зарегистрироваться под другим номером телефона, все ок. После вышла из этого аккаунта, чтобы войти под своим прежним номером и снова ничего не получилось, но! Уже и на новый номер не могу зайти! То есть два номера как будто заблокировано и нет возможности восстановить или как-то разобраться в этой проблеме!

часто не хочет соединять во время звонка по причине отсутствия интернета, при этом интернет есть на обоих устройствах и остальные сервисы работают штатно, пк версия постоянно вылетает из авторизации, звонить нельзя, в целом авторизация через куар код на пк версии работает через раз. 4 дня назад перестал работать на айфоне, после перестановки приложения не дает авторизироваться по номеру телефона, просто выдает ошибку при подтверждении отправки смс для подтверждения, а сейчас три дня пишет что слишком много было запросов....

бип, это мессенджер который очень схожий на телеграмм, в этом нет ничего плохого, наоборот - в случае чего, я могу кому то быстро написать в бипе. 
сообщения быстро доходят, не лагает, даже есть кружки! приложение очень хорошее, пользоваться им, одно удовольствие)
