Tried restarting phone and uninstalled and reinstalled app twice to no avail. Help chat told me to ring a number I can’t see how they can help me over the phone and not via chat. I even updated my iPhone 16 to iOS 26 from iOS 18, still no joy. Thanks for coming back to me, Steve. The issue seems to have resolved itself ### 2/5 — Super high interest rate *2025-07-02, version 2025.25.1* I had this card for quite a while but don’t really use it as the interest rate is a massive 58% a month !! which I think is absolutely wrong … will be closing it soon, I’ve never understood it because I have a few other cards and they are a lot lot lower No wonder people are in so much debt , minimum payment trap is truly rife at the moment :( ### 2/5 — Good Credit Card Bad App *2025-03-27, version 2025.13.3* I don’t logon often, so every time I do, I have to jump through hoops. Been trying to sort it out over their online chat but the customer service is so slow and they’re acting as if I don’t have better things to do or that I might be busy myself. They take so long to reply that I’m busy doing something else. Then they cancel the conversation. And I’ve got to start all over again. Customer service takes about 10 mins per message to respond. Really bad so far. Large credit limit increases 4 x one year. This is Newdays fault. I accepted them but when you’re struggling it’s a temptation ### 1/5 — Thieves *2026-01-11, version 2025.50.1* I paid the remaining sum then all of a sudden £30 appear the following month then another £4 the following month and I haven’t been using it so I’m closing my account. Dirty rotten thieves after all I have done as well. ### 1/5 — Interest rates *2025-10-10, version 2025.41.1* Weird amount of interest on my balance this month.Got no help from chat.No explanation.Fobbed off by chat spouting T&Cs.Balance transferred to other cards.Closed my account immediately. ### 1/5 — Unsupportive suddenly reduces credit limit without warning or notice!! *2025-10-08, version 2025.40.1* I’ve had the card years and I’ve always paid most of it off monthly well above the average and as soon as I came into difficulty and made a couple of late payments, I went back to paying big amounts again which in this case was 1500 off my balance they all of a sudden without any notice just reduced my credit limit which then made me go over and get charges and I put a complaint in and I’m still yet to get it sorted, I don’t feel very happy with this company anymore. I messaged support back in September and had no response . I logged out to see if i could retrieve it. Typed in my email address - told me it was wrong so I put in another which was correct so that’s not been updated on your system. When it came to the one time passcode, it told me it had been entered “wrong” and told me I had three more attempts. Each time I typed the passcode in it came up incorrect so now Ive had my account blocked . Please sort the atrocity of an app out. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2024-07-09, version 2024.27.2* Haven’t been able to log in for weeks on end as can’t reset passcode ‘system currently unavailable, please try again’. Need access but they clearly don’t care. Update one month on; still despite updating the app I can’t log in to make a payment or use my account. Can’t do anything on the phone as can’t confirm details to my account!! Absolutely ridiculous. Would email in but no email address!! The app developer has asked me to clear cache / cookies on my device. You know it’s an issue when you are being asked to do this as this is on safari which is nothing to do with the app. Using an iPhone 15 pro max (the latest iPhone) on iOS 17.5.1 (the latest software). When I call up I am being told staff are aware of app issues, this has been the case for 7 weeks and counting. Fix your app and I can make a payment, the fact it’s not working is not my fault. ### 1/5 — What is bip. ? *2024-02-10, version 2024.6.3* Cardless credit that controls you.
