Los conductores son todos maleducados, irresponsables y de cada 10 viajes 9 son cancelados porque piden dinero extra o porque no ven la distancia antes de tomar el viaje. La aplicación no se responsabiliza ni tiene atención al cliente. Los conductores tienen vehículos en condiciones precarias que suponen un riesgo para la seguridad de los pasajeros. Sobretodo los motorizados que usan motos viejas que se accidentan frecuentemente y cascos de mala calidad. Si pudiera poner menos de una estrella, lo haría.
