My coach, James has helped me so much. Everything is explained in a clear way: what to do next, what the options are, what I need to be thinking about, all without making it feel complicated or overwhelming. The new introduction of AI coaching is also really useful - it gives quick / smart answers about general finances and also can highlight aspects of my workplace pension and other employee benefits. You can always access real human professionals via message or Zoom, and that mix of instant guidance + expert help is exactly what I’ve needed. The content is also excellent. There are on-demand videos and learning pathways that make it easy to build confidence step by step, rather than throwing everything at you at once. And it feels structured, like you’re progressing through a plan rather than navigating a confusing web of topics. The pension and goal setting tools are another big win. Overall the app is practical, intuitive, and absolutely irreplaceable for me now. It’s helped me plan for the future clearly, with way more confidence than I had before. Alina is incredibly approachable and easy to talk to - no jargon or judgement, just genuinely helpful conversations. Recently it’s helped me make sense of remortgaging options, and I’ve now started to plan properly for retirement. In both cases, it was a huge relief to talk things through with someone who actually knows what they’re talking about, is fully qualified, and can explain it all in plain English. What I really like is that it doesn’t feel rushed. The support is really personal and can help you think things through and decide what’s right for you. The app itself makes it easy to access the support when you need it, and there’s plenty of content and tools if you want to explore things on your own. Honestly one of the most useful benefits I’ve had through work. So much so that I have told lots of my colleagues and new starters at the business about it. ### 5/5 — Skeptical at first *2026-02-06* I was unsure at first because a lot of finance apps are basically either budgeting dashboards or something you need to pay for. Thankfully Bippit is very different because it combines access to financial experts with lots of helpful videos, articles, tools, and features There been lots of new features recently, and the AI chat is helpful for getting started and breaking things down, and when I wanted reassurance on a bigger decision we were making at home, I could book a call with an expert, which made a huge difference. I like that everything is geared towards planning, organising, and managing things with clear next steps. It’s one of the few apps I’ve kept using consistently in recent times. Can't recommend it highly enough! ### 5/5 — Good benefit to have *2026-02-06* Super useful app for getting on top of finances. The coaching sessions are easy to book and the guidance feels practical and relevant to real-life situations. It's nice that the employee webinars are available on demand via the app, and the library has lots of useful articles to read in my own time. In general the platform is simple to use and my coach has helped me feel more confident about managing my money and what I can achieve in the future. The advice I got was super clear and went way deeper than I expected. It actually helped me sort out my finances and feel more in control. My coach helped me to understand my unique situation and help me prepare for my first mortgage. I also enjoyed AI Expert support - Penny was lot of fun. ### 5/5 — I finally have a home budget *2025-11-17, version 5.6.6* I was always more focused on work and bringing more cash flow. Then financial planning, but this app really helps you to get the insights you need from a real finance coach. I love the UI and that it's so easy to use. ### 1/5 — Broken since the recent update *2024-04-09* Recent update completely broke the app. Feels very unfinished. There are plenty of bugs, random dialogs, and missing buttons. The account overview used to be much clearer, but now it’s just confusing. Not sure who approved this update being shipped. Very disappointing, wish I could go back to previous versions. ### 1/5 — Fundamental broken and obviously untested *2024-03-02* The latest version 5.x is completely broken, it’s unusable. So far I’ve found, back buttons that do nothing, weird dialogue loops when attempting to cancel out of adding an account, no way of updating balances on existing manual accounts, buttons that are pushed out of the way by the menu at the bottom reappearing just before you’re about to press them so you get cancelled out of what you were doing. Missing analysis features that used to be useful, it thinks Ive never spoken to my advisor and I have and I can’t get rid of the half page splash that keeps asking me to contact him, A bizarre pension calculator that has no indication of units either in data entry or on the graph.
