## What is Bir Nefes?

Bir Nefes gives you a short spiritual mindfulness break before you access the distracting apps you choose. Its purpose is not to block you completely, but to place a calm and meaningful pause between habit and action.
How does it work?
• Grant Screen Time permission and select the apps you want to pause.
• Choose the content categories you would like to see.
• When you try to open a selected app, take a breath with a Quran verse, hadith, one of the Beautiful Names of Allah or a reflection prompt.
• Answer a short learning question, if available, and continue.
