The idea of an app using AI to find the best flats is nice but the way this is currently working, I find it easier and less frustrating to just check the different websites myself. ### 3/5 — Good but frustrated *2025-09-17, version 2.35.0* The app is great and super helpful in compiling all rental websites to one place. I tried the free trial to see if it was for me. During the free trial we signed for a flat and so I cancelled my “subscription” but was charged £30 a week later?! I tried to contact birb but I have had nothing back. This has left me frustrated as I really enjoyed using it when I did but now this has changed my mind. I got targeted on instagram and web onboarding was good and captured my attention. I added my email address and subscribed on free trial. Then I downloaded app and it nothing like web version. I received the same onboarding, but worse version. I was not able to login with my email, only with apple for some reason. And after that app show me 0 results, absolutely atrocious.
