## What is Birch Pro?

Birch Pro keeps a construction project — and everyone working on it — on the same page: the builder, the homeowner, and the trades.

Built by Birch Co for residential construction, it replaces the pile of spreadsheets, group texts and forwarded email chains that a custom home usually runs on.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

SCHEDULE
• See the whole build as a Gantt chart or a month calendar
• Move a phase and everything linked to it follows
• Start from a template, or import a schedule you already have

JOB-SITE UPDATES
• Post photos and video from the site, straight from your phone
• Clients see progress the day it happens, not at the next walkthrough

SELECTIONS AND APPROVALS
• Track every finish selection with its allowance, real cost and deadline
• Clients review and approve their choices in the app
• Capture signatures on the device

TASKS
• Assign work with due dates, owners and priorities
• See what's open, what's overdue and what's coming this week

BUDGET AND INVOICING
• Estimates, cost codes and per-job budget tracking
• Client invoices and vendor bills, with optional QuickBooks sync

LEADS
• A straightforward pipeline from first enquiry to signed contract

FOR CLIENTS
If you're building with Birch Co, Birch Pro is where you follow your project: the schedule, the photos, the selections waiting on your approval, and the documents you need to sign. No chasing anyone for an update.

FOR SUBCONTRACTORS AND VENDORS
Receive bid invitations, submit invoices, and get the plans and submittals for your scope in one place.

GETTING ACCESS
Birch Pro accounts are issued by a Birch Co administrator — there is no public sign-up. If you're a client or subcontractor on a Birch Co project and don't have a login yet, contact your project manager or email joshcox@thebirchco.com.
