I’ve restarted several times and not happy about it. Why are we not told how many games we can play before we are shut down. It is not right. How do you start the game over? ### 3/5 — Curious *2024-12-10* I have barely downloaded this so I don’t feel I can rate it yet…but…at level 5-8 during the game it’s stops you have to download another bird sort. When I try to finish the game i started, it goes to the newly downloaded game. I prefer to stay with the first one I downloaded.🫤😟 ### 2/5 — I DID enjoy this game *2024-07-21* I was playing the game and enjoying it. I could fast forward through the ads after a short time. Then I reached level 301 on the Challenge Level and it won’t load. I can play the other level, but I like the challenge level better. If it’s not fixed I will delete the game. 😏 ### 2/5 — Not Loading *2024-04-23* When I first downloaded this game, I liked it a lot. I’ve been playing for several months, and for the last two or three weeks, the Challenge game will not load on my iPad. “Classic” loads fine, but that’s not the one I want to play. It’s also clear to me that no one is responding to these messages. I’m not the only person to report that the game, or part of the game, will not load. To me, “no response“ means “no one is going to fix it.“ I am also perplexed about why we get all those nice birds. They almost never show up in the game. I think I saw one once – but I’m not even even certain of that and it did not come back. A game needs support. This one does not seem to have any, and I am deleting it after posting this letter. ### 4/5 — Not Loading *2024-04-19* The Challenge game will not load on my iPad. I’ve been playing for several months, and this is something that just happened in the last maybe three days. “Classic” loads fine, but that’s not the one I want to play. ### 2/5 — Too many ads *2024-03-21* Game is really good but almost equal ads vs playing time which just isn’t acceptable. I’m not playing your game right now because every time I open it, I get an ad called “Jenny Solitaire.“ (I think that’s right.) The ad basically tortures a dog, and it ends with the dog falling into a vat of acid, and we hear its last cry. I have no idea who thinks that’s cute or funny, but I am not playing your game as long as I have to watch that ad to do it. ### 2/5 — Requires Concentration and Planning *2024-02-06* I love this game. I deleted game. Reinstalled. Restarted iPad. Had to start from very beginning. I am probably on 15th level. Now BLACK SCREEN. Also because there is no response on how to fix it without losing my place. ### 4/5 — Not Working Correctly *2024-01-12* This is the second “bird sorting“ game I’ve downloaded. I like them both, but I like this one better because the birds are real and because they are not dressed in military costumes. However, this game has a feature where you collect or earn “eggs.” I’ve collected a handful of eggs… And wonder what is the point? As soon as I get them, they are whisked away, and I never see them again. Then I started wondering when I could use the new birds I earned. I’ve been very patient, but there is no instruction on how to use daily rewards. Also, the birds are still in Christmas attire! What good are the Daily Rewards that keep building up without any way to use them??? I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that just put me back to the first level (after I had passed nearly a hundred levels)! I plan to uninstall it and not go back. I really hate that it has come to this, because I was really enjoying the game. ### 2/5 — Sandy *2023-06-25* Enjoyed the game at the beginning, but after almost 1,000 levels nothing ever changed. There are supposed to be 500 challenge levels, it after 300 o was locked out, and I never got to collect all the birds, ended up with multiples of a few. Also what’s with the “yard”? I have a lot of duplicates x 10 of 2 birds. I’m on Level 2,985. Been playing for years and they threw in a few, then it stopped. I have on “hold” the pink Flamingo and the golden feathered bird. So gorgeous and I have 18 of those 2 birds but I never get to use them. It’s very very frustrating to me after all this time. Hopefully it’s not a problem with the game, but let me know what level gets those birds and the other ones. A Fan of this game way over any other game. Please help.
