Bauer Media don’t fully support the app. *2018-12-19* It is crystal clear that Bauer want you to use the app to deal with them directly. If you subscribe through iTunes, **any** problem blemish with the app will be simply directed to Apple. Apple say they can’t be held responsible for the app or content delivery. If you have a problem with an aspect of this app and you have bought through iTunes, you will waste hours if not days trying to resolve the situation. I simply cannot believe this. It regularly requires to be deleted then reinstalled and is riddled with download errors.
