New app says I don’t have an account with my phone number when I know I do. Lost quite a bit of points for having to create a new account

I like half sweet tea, half unsweetened, your app doesn’t allow for that — nor to say low or no ice. I can guess why, but miss that the sandwich you’re known for seems to no longer be called the Sando.
