## What is BirdDog Pro?

This app for the professional real estate wholesaler and investor. With Birddog Pro investors can share deals safely with ultimate control. Share as much or as little as you want safely. Designed for professionals wanting to find partners or assign/wholesale deals to the most amount of people to obtain the highest and best offers.

Enter details on the real estate or collectible you wish to find an interested party you wish to wholesale, sell, or obtain a paid referral from. Designed for real estate investors and wholesalers wanting to connect and profit but also want to protect their deal.

Enter your property details including pictures and then select if your interest is to buy or sell,  assign/wholesale or simply refer the opportunity for a price. You create the listing and then share or hide all or part of the details with select individuals or with everyone in the marketplace.

Birddog Pro allows user to create listing(s) private database of their deals and then allows creator to share links of those properties with potential assignees, buyers and partners or individuals that will simply pay for the lead alone.  User can share a picture of property with only the city or state listed.  Buyers and wholesalers can make contact to deal with one another and then post comments about how the experience.

Wholesalers can now share their deals to the most amount of people to get the highest and best offer.  Instead of relying on just one or two investors to buy you out you can make hundreds of potential buyers aware so you can get the most for your efforts.)
