I have two accounts and can not move between them. The notifications are not consistent which is critical.. ### 2/5 — Missing Basic functionality *2026-02-14* The app itself is straightforward and simple to use, but lacks basic functionality and true role type differentiation. They had informed me that someone would reach out. After a few months they charge my card for an outrageous amount. I’ve reached out to have somebody from billing to get back to me five times and still nothing. Don’t do business with Birdeye. Save your money **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m very sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced—especially around cancellation communication and unexpected charges. That’s not the experience we want any customer to have. If you communicated your intent to cancel and did not receive proper follow-up, we want to review what happened and address this as quickly as possible. I was previously an advocate for them, but I felt that they swindled me for a hefty monthly payment for a year and would not let me cancel or even pause my subscription with plenty of notice. Not worth the price and as others have said, be very wary of their contract. I have communicated with them and a team member from Birdeye got in touch with me and sent an email confirming that the subscription will be cancelled. We are in August and they still deducting money from my credit card every month. Please do not subscribe to this app ever. These guys are just there to rip people off. The developer sent me an email asking if I wish to take my review off. I will approach ACCC and look at all options. They have to realise small business owners are struggling to make ends meet and not for these idiots to rip them off. Very bad service.
