It doesn’t work well, tons of glitches. Going back to the Autism Pro app, it’s not perfect but much more dependable for keeping data. **Developer response:** Your feedback is well taken. The free mobile app will be fully unlocked, which will make the app more usable and useful. Support responds within 24h when you contact us from within the app or on the website. ### 3/5 — Great idea, implementation needs work *2019-04-02, version 3.0* I really need an app like this, and was very excited to find this. But, this one isn’t ready for prime time. It’s buggy. 1. Free version is literally just to get a tour of the app. I logged items for today and I can’t even view them in the app. Please just switch to a paid app. This trial version is not a good plan. 2. App has trouble updating since it seems web-based vs in-app. Even on a good connection, pages don’t load and you have to go to a different page then back to reload. 3. There’s a bug with autocomplete and previously recorded items. I logged an item on one day, then went to log it the next day hoping for a list of (typical entries). This list only showed once I started typing (which I thought was autocomplete). But then, the list showed up a few seconds later. Good idea, but code needs work. ### 1/5 — Zero customer service - unbelievable. *2019-03-26, version 3.0* I purchase the premium edition of the app for me, my autistic son and his aide. We have problems saving any critical data which was entered (the app is kind of useless if you are prohibited from saving data...don’t ya think🤔. What’s worse.....is that NO-ONE in their “supposed” customer service department responds! Several of us have tried and on several occasions, yet still NO RESPONSE. Apparently this is a chronic issue because many others have had the exact same complaint. It’s pure negligence. **Developer response:** Hi there, I am sorry for the glitch in customer support. We made changes to our support structure to respond within 24h. We are working on updating the mobile and web apps. You guys are really continually making this app (on iPhone and the web) so so helpful for us parents.
