This app stopped depositing my wedding funds with roughly $10k remaining. They do not respond to customer service emails which is your only option for contacting them. I will now have to dispute the $10k in small claims court. This is a malicious, predatory app, steer clear of Birdie at all costs.

under no circumstances should you use this app for your wedding registry. It doesn’t work and customer support is horrible - they do not actually help you they just repeat the same 3 sentences over and over again
