Also they say only the days you use your data will be counted as a day, totally not true!!! I was in my hotel for 4 days using wifi only and on the 5th day when i went out my data failed after using it for 4 hours! Thank goodness the restaurant gave me access to their company’s wifi, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get an Uber back to hotel and will freeze myself off in -10°c !!!! Not sure how i can get to speak to a staff from the company, and no idea if they care about reading this or not. The robot kept popping up a list of FAQ links from the keywords in my questions without an accurate understanding of my questions. It didn't help and frustrated user. If a customer keeps asking a the same question a couple times, the system better divert the live chat to a real person to offer some useful solutions instead of repeating the same information and annoy users. ### 4/5 — Deletion of used or expiry data *2019-06-04, version 1.1.63* It will be good if you can delete the used or expiry data list.
